JEAN TIFFANY

Jean MacLennan was born Sept. 28, 1917, in Alpena to the late Harwell and Muriel (McKechnie) MacLennan. Jean was inducted into the Alpena Bowling Association Hall of Fame for the many years she worked on the Northern Bowling tournaments. She was an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church where she served as a lay reader and as a secretary/treasurer of the Trinity Churchwomen for many years.

Surviving are her son, Paul Tiffany of Southgate, MI; daughters, Dorann Bartz of Alpena, Debra Catten of Grove City, FL; one granddaughter; sister, Ann Waldera of Pontiac; and brother, Allan MacLennan of Texas.

Mrs. Tiffany was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Tiffany; daughter, Shelba Jean Tiffany; brothers, Ken MacLennan, Dan MacLennan; sisters, Doras Hornbacher and MaryLou Fraley.

Visitation will take place Monday at Trinity Episcopal Church from 1:30 p.m. until the funeral service at 2 p.m. with The Very Reverend William J. McClure, Jr. officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.

Interment: Evergreen Cemetery
