He is survived by his wife, Nellie; two children, John (Laura) of Carson City, Nev., Ron (Sue) Valley of Herron; two step-children, Pam (Steve) Lemorie of Lansing, Craig (Rhonda) Buhl of Sweetwater, Tenn.; seven grandchildren, Dana, Ryan, Kyle, Briana, Brett, Meagan, Thomas; two great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017, at McWilliams Funeral Home – Alpena from 2 to 6 p.m. He has been taken for cremation and his final resting place will be Evergreen Cemetery. Online condolences may be registered at www.mcwilliamsfh.com.
