MARY ANN ATAMAN

On Dec. 25, 1953 Mary was born to the late Leo and Leona (Modrzynski) Ataman in Detroit, Mich.

She is survived by her lifelong friend and companion Dan Ward and was a loving mother to her four children Patrick Ataman, Angelica Benton, Danielle Robertson and Virginia Robertson all of Alpena, Mich; six grandchildren Robert and Courtney Ataman, Luke Benton, Samantha McKinney, Troy Layman and Triston Cross; along with one brother John (Lisa) Ataman of Posen, Mich.

Mary was preceded in death by her son, Robert Ataman.

Family and friends will gather at Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home for visitation on Tuesday, Sept. 5 2017 from noon until funeral service begins at Karpus-Hunter Funeral Home at 3 p.m. with Rev. Fr. James Fitzpatrick officiating.
