No one was injured in an early-morning structure fire Friday in Rogers City.

Firefighters with the Rogers City Area Fire Department were dispatched to the 1100 block of West 3rd Street around 4:52 a.m. and arrived to find flames coming from the back of the house.

Firefighters had the fire under control within 30 minutes, Fire Chief Michael Kroll said in a press release.

Kroll said everyone was out of the house by the time the fire department arrived. The house sustained smoke and water damage. The cause of the fire is believed to be electrical in nature.
