Feb. 17

9:45 a.m.: A 34-year-old male was transported from another jurisdiction to MCSO jail. He was lodged.

Feb. 18

12:48 p.m.: A DNR officer initiated a traffic stop Briley Rd near Meridian Line Rd in Vienna Township. A 52-year-old male was taken into custody with a warrant out of Oscoda Co. The subject was transported to the county line and custody was exchanged.

2:23 p.m.: A 56-year-old female turned herself in on a MCSO warrant. She was lodged.

2:31 p.m.: A deputy took into custody a 41-year-old female with a MCSO warrant. She was lodged.

3:59 p.m.: Dispatch was advised of a hold up alarm at the courthouse in Briley Township. The Sgt on scene advised it was a false alarm and all units could disregard.

8:54 p.m.: MCSO was advised of a vehicle in the ditch on M-33 S near McIntire Rd in Loud Township. A deputy responded to investigate, and a tow truck was called to pull the vehicle out. A trooper located the driver of the vehicle and the wrecker service info was given.

10:14 p.m.: Dispatch was advised of a single vehicle rollover on Co Rd 451 near Crystal Flash in Hillman Township. A deputy responded and fire came across the accident after clearing another call. No injuries were reported and a family member with a tractor helped remove the vehicle. All clear at 10:44 PM.

Feb. 19

3:02 a.m.: Deputies responded to a residence on E Gaylanta Dr in Vienna Township for a verbal dispute. The parties were separated. A deputy gave the female a ride to MCSO to wait in the lobby for a ride. All clear at 4:10 AM.

6:48 a.m. A car/deer accident was reported on M33 south near Carter Rd. MCSO Deputy responded and no injuries were reported.

6:39 p.m.: A car/deer accident was reported on M33 south near Harwood Rd. MCSO Deputy responded and no injuries were reported.

Feb. 20

4:20 p.m.: A one car crash was reported in Avery Township, no injuries were reported, an officer responded to take the report; and cleared without incident.

Feb. 21

3:24 p.m.: A report of a female black and white pit bull was reported found M32 near Kellyville Rd.

5:42 p.m.: Car/deer accident was report on Reimann Rd just north of M32. MCSO Deputy responded no injuries were reported.

6:27 p.m.: A report of a private property vehicle accident was reported. Parties were able to exchange insurance information and MCSO Deputy responded no injuries were reported.

7:07 p.m.: Car/deer accident was reported on M32 near Neirgarth Rd east of Hillman. No injures or damage to vehicle was reported.

7:19 p.m.: MCSO Deputy completed warrant arrest one female was taken into custody and house at MCSO jail.

10:45 p.m.: MCSO Deputies were completing warrant arrest in Albert Township; one male was taken into custody on charges of possession of methamphetamine and the outstanding warrant.

Feb. 22

6:28 a.m.: A vehicle stuck in the ditch was reported; a deputy responded to the scene; no injury was reported.

8:13 a.m.: An erratic driver was reported in Albert Township, a deputy responded and was unable to locate the vehicle.

Feb. 23

12:52 a.m.: A report was made to MCSO of a car/deer accident on M32 near Edwards Rd in Hillman Township. MCSO Deputy responded and no injuries were reported.

2:30 p.m.: A report of breaking and entering a cabin in Briley Township was made. MCSO Deputy responded and is an ongoing investigation.

7:35 p.m.: Michigan State Police made a traffic stop in Avery Township resulting in one male taken into custody on possession of methamphetamine. Agencies that assisted stop MCSO, Michigan State Police K9, and Michigan DNR.

8:50 p.m.: Otsego County transported a male to county line on a warrant arrest out of Montmorency County. MSCO Deputy transported male to county jail.
