3:13 p.m.: An Onaway traffic stop resulted in a driving citation for an unregistered motor vehicle and refusing a preliminary breath test. Under state law, drivers must consent to take a breath test when offered by an officer at a traffic stop.

1:35 a.m.: A 27-year-old male was cited for operating with an expired driver’s license in Case Township.

1 a.m.: Deputies responded to a domestic violence complaint in Metz Township. Parties were separated and a report was submitted to the prosecutor for review.
2:49 p.m.: A traffic stop in Pulawski Township resulted in a citation for a 50-year-old male for operating without insurance.

8:38 p.m.: A 49-year-old man was arrested under suspicion of operating while intoxicated, 3rd offense, in Onaway.
