State gives Habitat $196K

Habitat for Humanity Northeast Michigan accepts a $196,000 check from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority on Tuesday in Harrisville. The grant will be used to construct one of two modular homes at 515 N. U.S.-23. The modular homes, being constructed at the Bay City-based General Housing Corp., is expected to arrive at the site in mid-October.
