Staff of Northern Promotions proudly display the DARE flag as important sponsors of the Alpena Drug Abuse Resistance Education Program. For the past several years, Kevin Rogers, owner of Northern Promotions, has donated about 300 picture frames to the program to display each DARE graduates’ completion certificate. The certificates are awarded to each fifth-grader at their respective DARE graduation ceremonies.
