Feb. 4

Dispatch received multiple calls about vehicles in the ditch due to icy roads. No injuries were reported in any of these accidents. Deputies responded and tow trucks were called to pull the vehicles out.

10:19 PM Dispatch was advised of a residential burglar alarm on McArthur Rd in Briley Township. A deputy responded and found the building to be secure. All clear at 10:28 PM.

Feb. 5

3:40 AM Dispatch was advised of a residential burglar alarm on Fleming Rd. in Albert Township. Deputies responded to investigate. The house was found to be secure and all clear at 4:10 AM.

Feb. 6

2:10 PM dispatch received a call regarding a gas drive off at a station in Briley Township, subject was not located.

Feb. 7

1:29 AM Dispatch was advised of a commercial burglar alarm at the Dollar General in Albert Township. Deputies responded and found the building to be secure. All clear at 1:40 AM.

08:00 AM dispatch received a call from a passerby in Albert Township regarding a vehicle in the ditch, no injuries were reported, investigation is ongoing.

11:45 AM a deputy met a deputy from another jurisdiction to pick up an inmate and lodge at MCSO.

Feb. 8

2:19 PM Dispatch was advised of an erratic driver on Co Rd 612 near Granholm Rd in Albert Township. All units were advised but no one was in the area to intercept said vehicle.

5:45 PM Dispatch was advised of a vehicle in the ditch on Pleasant Valley near Theiner Trl in Hillman Township. Deputies responded and no injuries were reported. A tow truck was called to pull the vehicle out. All clear at 7:04 PM.

6:58 PM Dispatch was advised of a residential alarm on Scenic Rte 3 in Albert Township. The homeowner called and said it was a false alarm and no response was needed. All units were advised.

7:50 PM A deputy took into custody on a 44 year old male with a MCSO warrant. He was lodged.

Feb. 9

1:28 AM Dispatch received a noise complaint on Progress St in the Village of Hillman. Deputies responded to investigate. A 19 year old male was taken into custody with a warrant out of Alpena Co and transported to meet with Alpena PD. The noise complaint was found to be just a verbal dispute and all clear at 2:10 AM.

12:37 PM Dispatch was advised of a commercial burglar alarm at Community Financial Credit Union in Briley Township. Deputies responded to find the people who clean the building had set the alarm off by accident, all okay. All units clear at 12:44 PM.

Feb. 11

12:17 AM Dispatch was advised of a vehicle in the ditch on M-33 N near Rouse Rd in Briley Township. A deputy responded and no injuries were reported. The vehicle was pulled out of the ditch and all clear at 1:00 AM.
