ALPENA — The MidMichigan Medical Center-Alpena will host an open house for its new Outpatient Behavioral Health Unit from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.

The open house will feature tours, meet-and-greets with hospital staff, information about behavioral health programs and light refreshments. Guests should enter through the Behavioral Health entrance, north of the hospital entrance. The hospital is at 1501 W. Chisholm St.

“Our outpatient behavioral health program was created to help individuals of all ages, as well as families, cope with the difficulties of life,” Cami Misiak, manager of behavioral health services, said in a news release. “For those that struggle with anxiety, depression, severe frustration and anger, relationship stress or grief or just don’t know how to cope with life, our therapy services may help you find the answers.”
