Marcia Graves-Wilbur of Indian Harbor Beach, Fla., mans her booth, Vintage Encore, during the 42nd annual Art on the Bay that drew hundreds of shoppers to Bay View Park on Saturday and Sunday. A teacher by profession, Graves-Wilbur spends the summers at her place on Hubbard Lake. She creates her vintage pieces both in Florida and in Michigan.
