Kinser formally charged with murder of brother
ATLANTA — Mark Kinser was on Monday formally arraigned on a charge of open murder for allegedly killing his brother earlier this year.
Mark Kinser was arraigned in 26th Circuit Court. He’s accused of killing his brother, Brian Kinser, in the early morning hours of April 21 at a residence in Briley Township.
Judge Michael Mack said said this case is going to take some time to complete and sort items out.
Mark Kinser waived his right to a speedy trial on Monday.
Mack scheduled a control date for Sept. 24 at 1:30 p.m., which is after the 60 days the judge gave both parties for filing motions.
