Ashley Lynn Keyes and Daniel Rollin Scott exchanged their wedding vows Aug. 17, 2013 at Peace Lutheran Church in Saginaw. Pastor Paul Hinz officiated the 2 p.m. double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Roger and Terri Keyes of Alpena. The groom is the son of David Scott of Saginaw.

Attending the bride as maids of honor were her friends, Miranda Obert and Courtney Sutter. Bridesmaids were Angela Porta, Trisha Machowicz, Erin Kane and Erica Lintemuth, all friends of the bride. Attending the groom as best man was his friend, Ron Mantel. Groomsmen were Kyle Horecki, Daniel Porta, Nick Byard and Carleton Green, all friends of the groom, and Aaron Keyes, brother of the bride. Serving as ushers were Adam Keyes, brother of the bride, Brian Doherty and Jason Galea. The ring bearer was nephew Austin Keyes.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held in honor of the newlyweds at Horizon Center in Saginaw. A rehearsal dinner took place at Jake’s Restaurant.

Ashley received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Saginaw Valley State University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. Daniel received a Masters of Science in Healthcare Leadership. He is currently employed at Veterans Administration Hospital in Saginaw.

The couple spent their honeymoon in St. Lucia. They are residing in Saginaw.
