Ed Black

The Association of Lifelong Learners is hosting a presentation spotlighting Chief Judge Ed Black of the 26th Circuit Court of Alpena and Montmorency counties.

The event is being held at the Madeline Briggs Center at the Alpena Community College and will begin at 3 p.m. and conclude at about 4 p.m.

Black was deployed overseas during the first six months of this year through the Michigan National Guard Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps and he will talk about his duties supporting the 1st Armored Division in Romania and their mission – Operation Atlantic Resolve. This is a free event.
