ALL’s Happening canceled

ALPENA — The Association of Lifelong Learners has canceled the Happening, which had been scheduled for Thursday. The cancellation was made in part because of few people signed up, and in part because the CDC has recommended that Alpena County residents mask up to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, so it seemed prudent to cancel the gathering.
