Heise earns master’s

Allison Heise of Alpena has earned a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Grand Valley State University. Allie is currently completing her clinical fellowship with Green Bay Public Schools in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She is the daughter of Tom and Cirrae Heise.

Grove on dean’s list

Megan Grove, a 2020 graduate of Alcona High School, has earned a spot on the dean’s list at Michigan State University for the 2021 Fall semester. She is the daughter of Bill and Amy Grove of Lincoln.

Wieczorkowski on dean’s list at NMC

More than 1,000 students were recognized for their outstanding academic performance over the Fall 2021 semester at Northwestern Michigan College by being named to the dean’s list.

Jonathan Wieczorkowski of Presque Isle is one of those students.

Students named to the list have earned a grade point average of 3.5 or above out of a possible 4.0 while taking five or more credits in a semester.

Alma dean’s list announced

Alma College has released the dean’s list for those students who achieved outstanding academic performance during the 2021 Fall Term. Students who achieve a 3.5 or better grade-point average during a term, while carrying a minimum of 13 credits, at least eight of which are evaluative grades, are named to the dean’s list.

Students named to the Alma College dean’s list include Justice Cuddie of Rogers City, Caitlyn Fitzpatrick of Onaway, Hannah Fleming of Rogers City, Ava Kelly of Rogers City, Madison McLean of Onaway, and Carmen Sellke of Onaway.

President’s list, dean’s list at SNHU

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) full-time undergraduate students with a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 to 3.699 are named to the dean’s list.

Amanda Fleming of Rogers City was named to SNHU Fall 2021 President’s List for earning a grade-point average of 3.7 or higher. Ryan Hawley of Alpena and Branton Burd of Presque Isle earned a spot on the dean’s list.
