ALPENA — The Association of Lifelong Learners at Alpena Community College will host their Annual Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 2, in the Besser Technical Center Commons Area of the ACC campus. The public is invited to attend. Masks are required to enter the building, however, they can be removed once you are seated. Takeout meals are available, just come to the ticket table.

This event raises funds to support activities and programs which ALL provides to the residents of Alcona, Alpena, Montmorency and Presque Isle counties. Again, ACC President Dr. Don MacMaster and his wife, Dr. Tina Rossi, will serve as the Celebrity Chefs for the dinner.

The menu will feature Dr. Rossi’s homemade spaghetti sauce and pasta with a salad and rolls, plus the very popular, “Build Your Own” ice cream sundae bar.

“The Spaghetti Dinner has been ALL’s only fundraising event for 16 years,” said Bill Haase, the chairperson of this year’s Spaghetti Dinner Committee. “We are so fortunate to have the continued support of Dr. MacMaster and Dr. Rossi for serving as the chefs, and the community really enjoys the event.”

Along with the dinner, there will be a silent auction, which features great items donated by ALL members and community organizations. The winners of the auction items will be identified starting at 6:30 p.m. You do not have to be present to win. You will be notified later.

Spaghetti dinner prices are $10 for adults, $5 for students, and free for children ages 5 and younger. Purchase dinners at the dining room entry.
