The 2021 Association of Lifelong Learners Welcome Back Summer Happening will be from 12:30 to 3 p.m. on Thursday at Hillman’s Emerick Park. Members, guests and the public are invited to attend. ALL will provide a lunch catered by the local Subway. Call the ALL Office at 989-358-7207 for a reservation. Emerick Park is located on the big hill going into Hillman from M-32. Use the park entrance next to the Thunder Bay River.

ALL is excited to once again offer in-person programs and activities. Stop by and see what is happening in July. Following the lunch and a short annual meeting, Don and Vicki Mueller will provide a program on horseshoe pitching. ALL members will have the opportunity to check out the new, nationally sanctioned horseshoe pit adjacent to the pavilion. The Muellers are avid pitching fans and, currently, Don holds the title of National Senior Men’s Champion.
