Hillman’s Veterans of Foreign Wars Post. No. 2356 will distribute poppies beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday.

The post needs help for the distribution and asks volunteers to call Commander Robert Hunt at 989-657-1162.

The post also announced its Hillman Memorial Day service will happen at 10 a.m. Memorial Day, May 31, beginning at the VFW Hall, followed by wreath throwing in the river at the park and then to the cemetery.
