Friends Together is hosting an online auction beginning at 6 a.m. Thursday and ending at 1:30 p.m. on April 29. Alpena Lions Club has donated four prayer blankets to the auction. The auction will also include experiences at Dinosaur Gardens, horseback trail rides, Shepler’s Ferry tickets to Mackinac Island, oak bookcases, homemade crafts and more. Proceeds from the auction will benefit cancer patients from Alpena, Alcona, Presque Isle, Montmorency, Oscoda and Iosco counties.
