The Besser Museum for Northeast Michigan is hosting its third annual “Winter Blues” non-juried art exhibit, open to Michigan artists of all ages. Entries can be in any medium. The composition must consist of 60% blue hues. All entries must be original works of art and have been completed in the last five years.

Entries must not exceed 36 inches by 36 inches. Each artist may submit one single art entry for a single non-refundable fee of $20. Each artist is limited to a total of five single art entries at $20 each for a total non-refundable entry fee of $100. (No series, set of 2/diptychs or set of 3/triptychs.)

Besser Museum will accept art entries Jan. 20 through 27.

The exhibit will open with a free public reception at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13.
