The READ Adult Literacy Program has nine new tutors ready to begin studying with adults who are seeking to improve their reading skills, earn a GED, or learn English as a second language. This group of tutors has successfully completed 12 hours of training and are eager to begin tutoring. Tutoring takes place at the Alpena County Library and is free and confidential.
