The regular meeting of the VFW 2496 Auxiliary was presided over by President Gail Morrison on June 11 and called to order at 6 p.m. with 12 members in attendance. There were two applications for membership from Priscilla Lange and Tammy Stoutenburg, one life and one annual. Both were voted on and approved for membership. The secretary and treasurer reports were given and approved pending audit. he bingo report was read and accepted.

The Polish dinner/dance held in May was reported on and considered a success. In new business a discussion took place about necessary bingo changes. Morrison stated that during the July meeting a new committee chairmen must be assigned to give the monthly reports. Steve Romel is in need of more volunteers to be dealers for the Texas Hold-Em Tournament at the Michigan Brown Trout festival this July. Anyone interested in helping can call Steve at 989-916-5874.

After the closing prayer the meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m. The next regular meeting is July 9 at 6 p.m.
