Two hours later, some of that dough will be cooked up into light and fluffy Naan Bread to eat with our freshly prepared Indian Butter Chicken. Between starting the dough and sitting down to break bread together, Amber will share some other types of bread you can make with your dough and then prepare Indian Butter Chicken with the class. True to its name, Indian Butter Chicken does include butter. It also includes chicken cooked in a savory, warmly spiced creamy tomato sauce, served over rice and perfect for sopping up with fresh Naan bread.

At the end of the class, you get to take home recipes for what you have made, as well as the rest of your batch of dough to bake at home. Once you see how simple it is to make fresh bread, you will want to make more. Scholarships available.
