Kayla Paczkowski and Danny Matash of Alpena announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James Paczkowski (Kim Paczkowski) and Michelle Paczkowski (Paul Andreski). The future groom is the son of David and Kathy Matash.

Kayla and Danny are both 2008 graduates of Alpena High School. Kayla is a 2010 graduate of Alpena Community College with an Associates in Arts in Psychology and a 2013 graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Social Work at Grand Valley State University.

Danny is a 2010 graduate of ACC with a degree in Concrete Technology and will graduate from CMU in May 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has accepted a full time job at Gentex Corporation in Zeeland upon his graduation.

The couple will exchange their vows Nov. 8, 2014, at Community of Christ Church in Lachine.
