Law Enforcement Disaster Exercizes

Disaster exercises take place several times a year. Yet, no public citizens are allowed to participate, or stand by and watch. LE needs to welcome, and include citizens so they too can know how to survive a disaster situation. CERT is not a valid excuse to reject the rest of the community to attend. By not allowing the community at large to attend or have the process explained to them at the scene, LE is creating a barrier between the citizens and themselves. This is not healthy.
