How many fingers am I holding up? I can recall, with certainty, 14 true friends from elementary school alone. I went to High School, and acquired another 6, all LIFELONG friends! I have had 10 friends pass away since those days, several among the original 20 I have mentioned. Within the last thirty years, I have acquired another 12 or so, true friend. Addd one hundred or so friendly acquaintances, and there you have it.
