Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

March 24, 1989, the Exxon Valdez ran aground in Alaska, spilling 11 MILLION gallons of oil on the pristine waters of Prince William Sound....Today, pockets of oil remain, ONLY 21 years later, as the ecosystem is suffering from the effects. Some areas, it is said, remain as toxic as when the spill first occurred. Make excuses, any of you, but you would be on the wrong side of the issue.

Carney: "If You Like Your Gun You Can Keep It Under Obama’s Gun-Control Plan."

Where have I heard that before? Sounds healthcare-ish doesn't it? In other words, it's just another in a long series of lies.

"If the big bass didn't eat the little bass, we'd be up to our ass in bass."

That's what we need to do. Some democrats are fairly big though. In that case, do as this bass did. They say, "don't bite off more than you can chew", but how do you know how much you can chew until you try. Time to at least try. Take a bite...a big one :-)

This is awesome. Just one reason why I love fishing for bass. Those dudes are crazy.

There ya' go. Nice self-talk there.

Much like a rising tide lifts all boats. Socialism sinks all boats. If you're in a boat, get out while you still can.

We all learned in elementary school that oil floats on water. Well, guess what? TAR SANDS 'oil' does nOT float, it sinks, almost like a solid, which, before they mix it with a lighter petroleum product to pipeline it, tar sands oil is a solid. Folks in Marshall Michugan, and those that reside along the once pristine Kalamzoo River are still suffering the effects of the spill TWO YEARS ago. Michigan residents are guinea pigs in the process of dealing with this method of transporting the shiite. Oil companies have absolutely NO idea how to deal with spills of this "safely pipelined product". Stay tuned, this issue will not go away, despite the protestations of the environmentally ignorant among us.

So, zero money has gone into this fund for 19 years. ZERO! Not a dime from anyone, anywhere.

But not only is dumbass here just now lamenting it today, he's also blaming Reagan for it.

See what I mean? Normoonpie is an obfuscating, lying, slandering, piece of poop.

"Under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990, the owner or operator of a facility from which oil is discharged (also known as the responsible Party) is liable for the costs associated with the containment or cleanup of the spill and any damages resulting from the spill. The EPA's first priority is to ensure that responsible parties pay to clean up their own oil releases. However, when the responsible party is unknown or refuses to pay, funds from the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund can be used to cover removal costs or damages resulting from discharges of oil.

The primary source of revenue for the fund is a five-cents per barrel fee on imported and domestic oil. Collection of this fee ceased on December 31, 1994 due to a "sunset" provision in the law." (EPA . gov)

Normanus: You are a consistent liar and an unmatched imbecile. What else is new?

THIS from Oil Change International..."The greatest irony of this tragic spill in Arkansas is that the transport of tar sands oil through pipelines in the U.S. is exempt from payments into the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund. Exxon, like all companies shipping toxic tar sands does NOT HAVE TO PAY INTO THE FUND that will cover most of the clean up costs for the pipeline's inevitable spills." This is due to legislation passed in 1980 (Reagan?)tar sands is not "classified as oil", incredibly. The SAME regulation would be applied to the Keystone XL pipeline. now, THAT is crude.

Google this;

“North Korean TV: A Look At American Society And Poverty”

This is a good glimpse at how the USA would look like under the Paul Ryan economic plan.

They must have made this video thinking that Mitt Romney and the republicans were going to win the elections.

The Bible and Bill O'Reilly:

Does one have to "thump" it to believe it? I've read it. I've studied it even. I have never, ever, not even once, thumped it.

Though I've never thumped it, still nothing trumps it. You can't lump it, pump it, dump it, or bump it. Can't Forrest Gump it.

I suppose if you set it atop a hurdle, you could jump it. If you're Bill O'Reilly though, you can pause right there and do a Mexican hat dance on it, then wonder why so many of your former viewers decided to change their viewing habits.

To all the new, out-of-nowhere proponents of "Gay" Marriage: The word Marriage has already been taken. Find another. How about this one? Hat Dancers.

The NRA stands firm, always. It's the democrat commie-wannabes that are "running around in circles". They're either going to fall down, or get slapped down by the voters.

People and businesses are also going to increasingly start voting with their feet, leaving these democrat sh*tholes in droves so those who remain can cannibalize their states, just as public and private sector unions cannibalize everything they touch.

I am very thankful that Granholm is at home in Berkeley, CA. That's where she belongs. Levin and Stabenow should be there with her.

Those who claim that nothing is happening and no one is taking our rights away should be pilloried, and they will be, deservedly so. No name is too vile for them and no description is too ugly.

Posted 578 days ago.

rshill7

...right along with them. Binding contracts. Your city and town councils are selling your property and other rights in exchange for these grants, and anyone who objects is swamped with ridicule. It should be the other way around, and it will be from me.

Some are unconcerned that more and more of our rights are being thwarted. One day they will be crying the loudest. Today though, they are all aboard with all of it.

Nevermind the new gun laws in NY, CO. and CT. These same scum keep repeating that no one wants to take their guns away, right in the middle of it happening. These laws should be soundly defeated in the courts.

"In the pre-dawn hours Saturday, the Senate approved a measure “to uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty."

"By a vote of 53-46, the Senate passed the amendment to the budget bill sponsored by Senator Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.)" (March 23, 2013)

"According to a story in The Hill, Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) proposed his own amendment “that clarified that under current U.S. law, treaties don’t trump the Constitution and that the United States should not agree to any arms treaty that violates the Second Amendment rights.” Leahy’s amendment also passed." (The Hill)

So once again, Obama not only ignores the will of the people, but also the will of the Senate. He is lawless. Makes Nixon look like Mother Teresa. The UN will regulate nothing in this country. Nothing...ever.

Cities, and towns are following Agenda 21 voluntarily in exchange for grants with coercive, contracts written rig

Be ready for it, folks! Be prepared for the running around in circles crowd of NRA agitated Second Amendment rights being taken away foil hat wearing hosers, all screaming about the Agenda 21 UN desire to take YOUR guns away. The United Nations has adopted "the first ever treaty on Global Arms Trade that seeks to regulate the $70Billion International trade in conventional Arms", by a vote of 154 to 3, with 23 abstentions. Iran, North Korea, and Syria voted NO, and major Arms producing states Russia, China, Cuba, Venezuela and Bolivia abstaining. The NUMBER ONE state, theUnited States voted for the process, in spite of protestations by the usual suspects, the NRA. The ratification process could take a couple years or so, so let the wailing and gnashing of teeth begin.

"A judge accepted the California city of Stockton's bankruptcy application on Monday, making it the most populous city in the nation to enter bankruptcy." (CNBC)

Do you know why all of these California cities are going bankrupt? Because they all have the same ideology as Normaggot, Jaxodingbat, and 57-IQ.

Name a city or state that has been run perpetually by democrats that is not going bankrupt, deep in debt, or a complete sh*thole with huge unemployment numbers.

Liberalism does not work. It fails, without exception.
