Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

So, it looks like the Boston bombers are Middle Eastern types (of course) and the Ricin guy appears to be a democrat with mental problems.

In my opinion, all democrats either have mental problems, or are just plain stupid as h*ll.

Many democrats also voted against the gun amendments. In Harry Reid's last election, the NRA endorsed him over Tea Party favorite Sharon Angle.

Several republicans voted for the gun amendments.

So each and every one of your statements here is BS, as usual. Twas ever thus.

Despite solid witness statements, the FBI reportedly failed to interview al HUSSAINI."

"Subsequent to the Oklahoma City bombing, al HUSSAINI moved to Dallas, Texas, and then to Boston, Massachusetts, where he worked at Boston Logan International Airport. At that time, he resided with two Iraqi men (brothers) who provided food catering services for the commercial airlines at Boston Logan during the time leading up to and including September 11, 2001. Today he is among the missing." (Canada Free Press)

Ms. Davis documented the direct involvement of a Muslim terrorist operation involved in the 1995 bombing, and attempted to warn the FBI of additional attacks being planned."

"Despite impeccable documentation compiled by Ms. Davis that I personally reviewed in my capacity as an investigator, her warnings went unheeded. Six years later, the worst attack on American soil killed another 3,000 people. It is my belief that the attacks of 9/11 could have been stopped had the FBI acted upon the evidence she submitted to the FBI."

"Twenty-two witness affidavits she compiled and submitted to the FBI in January 1999 that, in part, connect al HUSSAINI to the events of the bombing “disappeared.” Those affidavits contain sworn statements of multiple witnesses who placed al HUSSAINI in the company of Timothy McVeigh prior to the bombing, exiting the Ryder truck that was used for the bombing, and speeding away from the area just prior to the blast.

Ramzi Yousef is held at the high-security Supermax prison ADX Florence in Florence, Colorado. His Federal Prisoner number is: 03911-000. He is serving a term of 240 years.

"On March 9, 2011 Hussain al-Hussaini was arrested in Quincy, Massachusetts and identified as "John Doe" number 2 in the Oklahoma City bombing with Tim McVeigh. His arrest would have likely gone unnoticed except for the tenacious investigative journalism conducted in the months and years following the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City by author and investigative journalist Jayna Davis."

"Her investigation is chronicled in her book, The Third Terrorist, and is an important investigative report into the actual events that took place in the months, days and weeks leading to the bombing, and perhaps even more importantly, in the years afterward.

All the gun vote did was endorse the NRA's ownership of the Republicans in the Senate, which was a given anyway.

I believe McVeigh was executed for committing the act, so I'll go along with him doing it, wacko conspiracy theories aside. If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, RS will call it a goose.

The Senate defeated all gun amendments today! I think there were seven of them.

HH..Your car smokes and "there is good science to prove there are many ailments assoiated with [your] second hand smoke." You can quit starting it. Either that or you should be taxed 5X the cost of the product you are burning.

Science measured smoke from the burning end of cigarettes and compared it to the filtered end and found guess what..the burning end was worse. Hillary distorted that to make the bias idiots think that 2nd hand smokers were worse off than the smoker. So I havn't been in a resturant or bar since the ban, no big deal but cars pollute more than cigarettes. Majority rule isn't about fairness it's about power. Barry is putting up "Whites Only" signs. Smokers are the minority that the majority can try to rob. There is no gauntlet Norm. That's a guilt relief word for your discrimination.

Tea Party folks just speak their mind, ask that we adhere to the Constitution, and stop spending our great grand kids into oblivion. Then they leave the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. Ooooooh, scary. Radical.

When you're ready to name one Christian Terrorist, let me know. OK Commie?

"Steal This Book is a book written by Abbie Hoffman. Written in 1970 and published in 1971, the book exemplified the counter-culture of the sixties. The book sold more than a quarter of a million copies between April and November 1971.

The book, in the style of the counter-culture, mainly focused on ways to fight the government, and against corporations in any way possible. The book is written in the form of a guide to the youth. Hoffman, a political and social activist himself, used many of his own activities as the inspiration for some of his advice in Steal This Book." (Wikipedia)

The Weather Underground, Green Terrorists, Corporate Terrorists, Community Agitators, Saul Alinsky, Cloward and Piven. Domestic Terrorists from the left who have actually killed innocent people and destroyed private property including single family dwellings. OWS folks who tried to blow up a bridge in Ohio and caused tens of millions in damage to various cities. You know, stuff like that.

Hip Hop Hippie:

I didn't say the Oklahoma bombing was Islamic terrorism...The Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee of the House International Relations Committee said it was. An Islamic terrorist paid for the whole shebang and another Islamic terrorist was in the van with McVeigh. Read it again, this time for comprehension. Maybe Underdog or Porky Pig was really behind it, or, or, or, Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell.

Perhaps you missed the quotation marks in my post. I thought you believed and approved of everything the federal government says and does without objection.

The only group I see trying to shove their "approved" behavior down our throats is the left. Do you need a list of all those throat-shoving episodes?

Got any quotes from Jimmah Cahtuh? Hang on a second...let me grab a fine cigar and "hide" while I smoke it...your shoving your beliefs down my throat notwithstanding...OK commie? OK.

"The big thing is to make this country, along with every other country in the world with a few exceptions, quit discriminating against people just because they're gay. You don't have to agree with it, but they have a constitutional right to be gay. And that's what brings me into it." Goldwater in 1994 Washington Post interview.

"When you say "radical right" today, I think of these moneymaking ventures by fellows like Pat Robertson and others who are trying to take the Republican Party away from the Republican Party, and make a religious organization out of it. If that ever happens, kiss politics goodbye."

claim the right to dictate their moral beliefs to me? And I am even more angry as a legislator who must endure the threats of every religious group who thinks it has some God-granted right to control my vote on every roll call in the Senate. I am warning them today: I will fight them every step of the way if they try to dictate their moral convictions to all Americans in the name of "conservatism." Speech in the US Senate (16 September 1981)

"On religious issues there can be little or no compromise. There is no position on which people are so immovable as their religious beliefs. There is no more powerful ally one can claim in a debate than Jesus Christ, or God, or Allah, or whatever one calls this supreme being. But like any powerful weapon, the use of God's name on one's behalf should be used sparingly. The religious factions that are growing throughout our land are not using their religious clout with wisdom. They are trying to force government leaders into following their position 100 percent. If you disagree with these religious groups on a particular moral issue, they complain, they threaten you with a loss of money or votes or both. I'm frankly sick and tired of the political preachers across this country telling me as a citizen that if I want to be a moral person, I must believe in "A," "B," "C" and "D." Just who do they think they are? And from where do they presume t

Reading a bit about a great conservative, Barry Goldwater. It appears he was somewhat of a prophet: "Mark my word, if and when these preachers get control of the [Republican] party, and they're sure trying to do so, it's going to be a terrible*****problem. Frankly, these people frighten me. Politics and governing demand compromise. But these Christians believe they are acting in the name of God, so they can't and won't compromise. I know, I've tried to deal with them. Said in November 1994, as quoted in John Dean, Conservatives Without Conscience (2006)"

SHRILL, you are a gullible fool if you think the Oklahoma City bombing was an act of Islamic Terrorism. Do you want to buy some swamp land in Ossineke? You can stop by and look at it on the way to your next John Birch Society meeting. It would be a good spot for a militia base or a neo-nazi training camp if you don't mind getting wet.
