Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

Free, so you are in favor of abortion in certain cases. Why do you and RS have such trouble saying it?

Saying "tax the rich" isn't feeding anyone. It's simply saying, "tax the rich'.

jax - Why is it all or nothing with you? Valid medical reasons have to be respected.

Conservatives are the most charitable group in this world. They feed hundreds of millions. The problem is that big government does not do it efficiently. How many scandals and misappropriations of taxpayer monies will it take before you understand this point?

The point is not abortion or no abortion. The point is abortion for the sake of convenience and the taxpayer paying for it. What is so unreasonable about that? If you believe that a human being is formed at the time of conception then a person does not have the right to take it's life for the sake of convenience.

Nope. I feed him, no strings attached. The Christian thing to do. You? You feed him based upon a measurement. Talk about the conversation at the pearly gates. Jesus: 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me". Me: I fed him. RS: He didn't earn it.

Name an instance where a woman will die if they don't kill her baby.

I'll be waiting for that response while I wait forever for Normakingstuffup's response.

rshill7

No you will not. You will demand that others feed him. As long as there is no skin whatsoever off of your own nose.

Posted 541 days ago.

Say it RS. "I will let the woman die rather than abort the baby". Just say it, don't be so wishy-washy.

I care quite a bit about my fellow man in need , the difference between me and a conservative is I will feed him without worrying about whether he has done a sufficient amount of labor at a per rate hour to earn the food.

Thanks Mom, for not killing me.

You want Government to control everything else though right?

Norman has half an armband for you.

Instead of making mention of the rule itself, please continue limiting yourself to the rule's exceptions. That's real effective right there.

I guess you owe many thanks to your mother for being a mother rather than a murderer.

Posted 541 days ago.

Yes, because all babies are conceived in love. There are no pregnancies where the mother is going to die. There are no pregnancies where the baby is going to die. There are no pregnancies where the mother AND baby is going to die. There are no pregnancies from gang rape, or regular rape for that matter. There are no pregnancies from incest. There are no monster babies, that is, babies with no head. There should be absolutely no out for the woman. Once she is pregnant, she must go all the way. The decision is the government's, not hers, because we want government control of a woman's body. Or are there acceptable forms of abortion? That seems a little hypocritical. I'm for it unless I'm against it? Or to paraphrase Drago in Rocky IV "If she (or they)dies, they die."

norman has proved all of my points and he doesn't even know it.

He is now prosecutor, judge and jury in the non-secular world. He knows the mind of God and that of his fellow citizens.

He is fine with trespass against those he disagrees with and the first to call for remedy when he is trespassed against. He is walking, talking hypocrisy, an abomination to logic and a selfish loon.

All of these things he has the right to be as long as he lets others be who they are.

Him not simply impotent, him omnipotent.

Is normanlake now the definitive authority on God and how he does or does not speak to people?

Wow, I had no idea you were so well connected.

You can actually read the minds of your fellow man? And God????

Like I said normanlake, look in the mirror.

I think you've cornered the market on "fallible" Normediocre.

Name a non-traditional marriage in the Bible. If there are "plenty", surely you can name one. Go right ahead.

...Your goofy rhetoric is tiresome, and erroneous.
