Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

You made your choice-for Ignorance, so now go wallow in it, as you have since the age of covered wagons.

You need to realize that "your *** is not a hat", and "get your head out of it".

You choose "information" provided by idiots. Hence, you're also an idiot. You also ignore information provided by those with wisdom. Hence, you're still an idiot.

You wouldn't know reason if it defecated on your head.

With all due disrespect of course.

In the Age of Information, Ignorance is a CHOICE. I choose information (it is virtually everywhere) YOU (yes, YOU, Rshrill) have chosen Ignorance. (which, again is everywhere) to the detriment of reason. Good Luck with that.

We've got "the soft bigotry of low expectations", and the hard bigotry of no expectations.

Here are two words Union members need to hear:

1. You're

2. Fired

Government union members and teacher union members especially. Private firms need to simply shut their doors and move to right to work states. Unions ruin everything they touch...Everything. Union teachers are currently raping the minds of our nation's youth. Colleges and Universities are doing the same.

What does the welfare state demand of people? Nothing. What do many people demand of themselves these days? Nothing.

Leftist ideology is killing this country.

You also seem to think that wealth is finite like a single pie. It isn't. You think that if someone gets rich (big piece of pie) someone else must get correspondingly poor (small or no piece of pie).

You're wrong, same as always.

Have you perused the latest 6,000 new Government regulations yet? How about the 14,000 new Government regulations before that?

Spoken with any NEA "educated" H.S. graduates recently? The NEA's been quite busy turning out little commies. You don't need to know anything to be a commie. You simply need to know how to follow orders as an assigned cog in an evil machine.

Third graders in the 1800's were much better educated than seniors of today. The NEA needs killing. So does the mindset that people can't fend for themselves or accomplish anything on their own. The mindset that has zero faith in people. The Occupy mentality of liberalism and socialism. The garbage thinking of gutless goons.

The middle class is not a static thing. People enter it and exit from it all the time.

You seem to think success or failure is a geographic thing. It isn't.

Actually, upward mobility inthe U.s. has been on the decline for many years...the U.S. ranks behind Canada, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Norway. and Finland...Not everyone stays rich or poor, but the rich ARE getting richer, and controlling a greater portion of America's wealth than ever, and the middle class is shrinking and getting poorer...

How much money did Bill Gates have when he was working out of his parent's garage Normidget? How much money did Thomas Edison have when he started inventing things? How much did Warren Buffet start out with? How about Papa John or JC Penney?

One doesn't need money to create jobs or wealth. One need ideas, determination, belief, and persistence.

Normanufacturer thinks poor people are always poor and rich people are always rich. He doesn't believe people can lift themselves out of poverty. He would give a poor person a lazy boy recliner rather than a pair of running shoes, and he would use my money to give that person the lazy boy.

In short, he's a*****fool idiot who doesn't know sh*t about sh*t. A profound dumbass leech.

Normidas, unions are not the working class. A union is not a person or a group of persons. It is a thing. A union is a parasite.

A Government union is not only a parasite, but insanity in action.

By the way, if God is, and he is, he comes in three versions. Father, Son, Holy Ghost. 1x1x1=1

The country itself is suffering. You don't save the host by loading it with parasites. That's how you kill it.

Upside down and backwards Dumbass.

Overpaid CEO's are the true parasites! People with money are the TRUE JOB creators! You dang wannabes are all so smitten with being big money that you fail to see those around you suffering. Blather on about your version of God and spit on the workers, what a nice American philosophy. Unions made the working class, which, as union participation is long past the glory days, and has become stagnant like the wages of middle class workers, takers like the Shrill continue to bash the working class, the backbone of America. Out of touch and quite possibly out of his mind (or what passes for one).

"It's the first sign of not believing in God that you lose your common sense and can't see things as they are" (G.K. Chesterton)

What does one gain by not believing in God?

What does one lose by believing in God?

nobo..Do you want to have an arguement with an armed minimum wage cop and have teachers that will work for $8 per hour? All sane humans are selfish. You should be arguing against insurance CEO's that make $102,000 per hour "who are funded with our money" too. The rich are still getting richer at a rate that makes everyone else look like peons. The Chrislicans are trying to starve the poor into church pantries and private schools that pretend gays don't exist and a flying undead guy does.

Free trade was never about trade? Thanks Surefluke.

Have unions ever been about unions? Here is the standard union answer to the question, "what is it you want"?

"More."

Did you know that Federal workers were unionized? Did you know that unions support one party and one party only? Do you see anything wrong with that picture?

Do you see anything wrong with the classic parasite versus host picture? How long would you stand there watching a vampire bat slurp on someone's neck without trying to shoo it away? How about a mosquito, leech, or tick? Did you know that malaria was a parasite? It's a blood protozoa, as is tuberculosis.

Unions are parasites.

• It's not free.

• It's not trade.

Twenty years after NAFTA we can add that it doesn't work. It's bad for millions of workers, families and communities around the world.

"Free trade" is not free. Our free trade policy encourages production to leave the country. We've lost millions of manufacturing jobs. More than 60,000 manufacturing plants were closed between 2000 and 2010 as production moved overseas.

These costs are real. Our trade deficits since NAFTA are over $8 trillion. With trade deficits this large, we are not trading. We are letting other countries produce for us. We borrow, de-industrialize, and ultimately fail to capitalize on future production opportunities. That's not trade. That's getting picked clean.
