Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

Gas was $1.80 during the Bush depression. I can see how that would be your world.

Gasoline is only $1.80 per gallon in my world. I wonder how much it is in Freeman's.

Nobody's signing up for Obamacare in my world either, no such thing, and everyone who wants a full-time job has one.

The truck is on it's way. Don't move.

Two, although a tow is the only way some times to pull head out of certain regions.

The more minorities vote, the worse it is for the GOP. Bottomline. It makes sense for the GOP to have minorities jump through as many hoops as possible to get to a voting booth. Logic and common sense, and you tow have neither, but it goes back to that real world neither of you are a part of.

Yes Freeman, because what happened in the 1940's is real relevant to the 2013 efforts by Republicans to suppress voting coast to coast.

Talk about idiotic, that's the most idiotic thing I've read in years, not days. And RS with his invisible paranoia pertaining to unreported voter fraud.

You two are quite a pair.

Freeman

"...because of the outright racist nature of Republicans. If the shoe fits, stick it in your mouth...."

That is the most idiotic thing I've read in days.

You'd better go back and look at the record jaxspp. The reason that the VRA was written was because of the southern democrats' efforts in the 1940's - 1960's.

Republicans just want CITIZENS to vote. Wow, how racist is that?

Come on, man!!

Just like you believed the MSM regarding Zimmerman, you are fooled on a daily basis by that same media, regarding everything under the sun, including voter fraud.

If there were some way to catch it you would see what an epidemic it really is. No ID's, no cross-referencing. Those 135 "referrals" must be the dumbest folks on the planet, as well as being horribly dishonest. The thousands and thousands of others are much more devious when they cheat, including those who vote absentee and in person.

The voting process needs to have the lights turned on. Democrats demand they be turned off. As I said before, criminals like to commit felonies in the dark. The only votes ID's would deter are fraudulent ones and you know it. Show me a legitimate voter of any skin color who doesn't have an ID and I'll show you how to hover for a day and a half under your own power.

George Soros had a goal in the last few election cycles at the state levels. He wanted as many like-minded secretary of state positions as he could get. Wonder why? Of course you don't. You know why.

Posted 505 days ago.

Ohio 2012: "“Voter fraud does exist, but it is not an epidemic,” (S.O.S.) Husted said. “To put this into context, ... that’s 135 referrals out of more than 5.6 million votes cast.”

.000024 percent.

But if we (the GOP) can stop 50,000 people from voting.....

P.S.S. I also believe every word of it. Every jot, every tittle, every syllable. Every story, every miracle, everything. I believe it is the truth of God revealed to man...and women. You are free to disregard it. I will not.

Persecute on that awhile.

P.S. I don't have Bible theories. I have the Bible itself.

If you ever decide to turn to God, you'll see that he's been there all along. He did say that he would never leave us. He did not however say, that he would force you to stay with him. You are free to go your own way.

No one on my side wants to decapitate you for it either. We believe in freedom. That includes your freedom to travel the highly populated road to perdition.

Beep beep.

You've used that term "phony proselytizing" on several occasions. What could be phony about proselytizing? Is the atheistic missionary attempts of 57 phony? Are your Great Spirit proclamations phony?

Why not?

My "tiny world view" includes Heaven. That makes it much larger than your tiny world view which includes a 6 foot hole in the dirt.

You can stop persecuting me for my beliefs any time. Today would be a good day to stop that, Normingo.

There is one narrow about my journey though:

"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it." (Matthew 7:13-14 NIV)

You go ahead and be the thoughtful one. Think about stupid things all day long. Marinate in them. As far as thinking anything through though, forget it. That ability waived bye, bye to you decades ago.

Cute little names for those who oppose your tiny little world view do not make you a thoughtful man. You cannot prove your bible theories, and only USE your bible as a cudgel to beat us over the head with phony proselytizing. Have a nice narrow life.

You're a failure at life, love, and business. If I ever need your advice...wait a second, I'll never need your advice. Don't need to discuss my health with a plumber either. You might find benefit in consulting Roto Rooter regarding yours. A conservative psychiatrist might help too. A liberal one would mess you up even more. Grab the liberal one and both of you go see the conservative one. If that doesn't help either of you, try seeking The Great Physician. His name is Jesus.

Nothing elevated the status of women like Christianity did. In Islam women are less than dirt.

Christians started hospitals, schools, and libraries. They started charities and food kitchens. Christians feed more people around the world than any other group. They dig wells in far flung locations so people can have quality water to drink that doesn't kill them. The Christian Abolitionist movement, started in England by William Wilberforce and John Newton, (author of "Amazing Grace") freed the slaves.

The Bible is asking women to respect their husbands. Very consistently too. Anything wrong with that? It also exhorts men to love their wives as themselves. You conveniantly left that out. It teaches that husbands and wives are "one flesh".

I've been married to the same woman, the mother of my children, for 25 years. How about you? She often calls me Sir and I call her Ma'am. That's whatchacall mutual respect, perhaps you've heard of it. It works well.

Jax O' pp. The odds? Is that based on those they've caught and prosecuted? If there's no ID, and no checking on anything, and no cross-referencing with voter registration rolls...uh...how do they find voter fraud?

They don't find it because it is hidden. People don't like to commit felonies in the light. That's why your side wants the lights to remain off.

How do more people than are registered to vote in so many counties end up casting votes? Your side would make the interior of a septic tank at the world's largest Mexican restaurant look like the interior of a qualitative analysis chemical laboratory.

Normarijuana, there was no "basic humanity" before Jesus. When a King died they used to throw every woman in his court in the grave with him, still alive, and bury them along with him. That was common practice. Women were nothing before Jesus. They were nothing again in Islam after Mohammed. They are still nothing under Mohammed.

Posted 505 days ago.

Sorry RS, the odds of voter fraud is less than the odds of being struck by lightening. But the odd of a Republican trying to stop a minority from voting is even money, because of the outright racist nature of Republicans. If the shoe fits, stick it in your mouth.
