Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

I have looked behind every tree, around every corner, in every building, and have NEVER see these 'commies' that some fearful folk seem so worried about.

A logical human being would call the killing of millions of baby girls a war on women. They would also call attempts to save those girls from being killed anything but a war on them.

The lies of the left have killed well over 50 million people. The Communist left worldwide has killed about 100 million people. The left also wants to be able to kill the old and infirmed with assisted suicide.

Why does the left love death so much? Why do they love debt so much? Why do they want to give the fruits of working people to those who do nothing? Why, why, why?

Stupid, evil a-holes.

I love life. I love honest work. I love individual achievement. The left sickens me to the utmost degree.

Labor unions didn't chase away any jobs huh? Didn't shut down any factories? Didn't chase businesses right out of the country? The Republicans did that?

You ought get a refund for your "education"...unless that was free too. In that case it was worth every non-dime.

I cited my sources, and many people are catching on to what's "available" to them in exchange for sitting on their fat, overstuffed butts.

Some folks have too much self-respect to take it though. Those are the working poor which Obamacare is making even poorer. Your side is populated by the most foolish people on the planet. They don't give a d*mn where their stupid ideas take us. They'll take us all the way down, that's where they'll take us.

Why do you think eleven states have more people on welfare than are working? There's been an explosion of people applying for and receiving all these freebies since Obozo "took" office.

Is gov. housing free? No it isn't. How about 100% medical coverage? Foodstamps? Childcare? Cellphones? Zero taxes? Free education? Transportation? It all adds up...to 60K per year per welfare family..."denier".

Thanks for sharing people on welfare make $60 grand a year................HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Posted 419 days ago.

capitalism was rocking until the GOP told the likes of Romney, "You no longer need to invest in America. Send the money to Switzerland, lower your tax rates that way."

I know you don't know. Thanks for sharing.

The operative phrase for the left is simply, f*cked up.

Posted 419 days ago.

I don't know. My logic and common sense tells me if welfare paid $60 grand a year everyone would quit their jobs and not live in public housing ghettos, not line up for hours at food banks.

...rocking before they f*cked it all up. They never stop f*cking it all up either until the people f*ck them all up.

"Denial". That's another one of those words "they" overuse along with racism, hatred, etc.

Of course when our side denies the ridiculous claims by their side, they offer zero proof of their claims and zero proof that our "denials" aren't 100% true.

Yes, global warming is 100% BS. Macro-evolution is 100% BS. Americans eating out of garbage cans is 100% BS. You are 150% BS.

Women's rights denial? You need to discuss that with your Muslim allies fool. Talk to them and your side which coddles them, about women's rights, gay rights etc.

It's all getting really, really, old. Your stupid leftist script that is, and the cobwebs covering what was once a brain.

Where's the light at the end of the leftist tunnel? There isn't any. Things will get "progressively" worse. Somehow, that's how "they" want it. Then they'll say "capitalism has failed" and go full blown commie. The reality will be that socialism has failed. Capitalism was r

Poverty denial, climate change denial, women's rights denial, science denial it appears we have a pattern here. Surely not walking in the shoes of the fisherman.

And what fraction according to you is that?

Posted 419 days ago.

"The average welfare family gets $168.00 per day in benefits."

No they don't. It costs the government $168 a day to pay and administer welfare, according to your article, but the family is getting a fraction of that.

rshill7

It is? How?

Posted 419 days ago.

"And that doesn't even include state spending on welfare, which, when added to federal benefits, was more than $1 trillion in fiscal 2011. That's enough, the Budget Committee tells us, "to mail every household in poverty a check for $60,000 each year."

That's a whole lot different than people on Welfare getting $60,000.

Investor's Daily got the info from a Senate Budget Committee Report. It includes, food, medical, housing, childcare, cash, and other benefits.

Then take it up the...uh...road?

Posted 419 days ago.

rshill7

Take it up with Investor's Daily. Then take it up with your representatives.

Posted 419 days ago.

$168 a day is $60,480 in benefits. I'm not buying it.
