Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

The news folk claim that Assad has one thousand tons of chemical weapons. Where do ya' reckon he got all that from? Ex-Iraqi Generals say they got them from Iraq. The Generals explain exactly how they got there too.

Britain disagrees with Kerryhorsehead about the "evidence" he claims to have that Assad used the weapons. Which groups have the most to gain by blaming the use of these weapons on Assad?

Double duh!

Here's some empirical evidence for you dopes. U6 unemployment rate 14.6%. Debt 17 trillion, future liabilities 90 trillion. Growth rate since O' took office, less than 1%. More people unemployed now than in 2008. Part time jobs eclipsing full time jobs by a factor of about three. Deficits exceeding a trillion every year O's been in office.

Yeah Jaxogossiper, tell UPS, every fast food chain and restaurant there is, as well as everyone in the hospitality industry.

Rumplestiltskin could spin straw into gold. You goons cannot. Your feeble attempts are pathetic.

Empirical evidence is the enemy of the right wingers. Yes our president is an American and the Donald is a fraud. Put the cuffs on Trump and take that dead animal off his head.

Now that's three entities I have to let know RS says they are wrong. My doctor who is adding staff when he is supposed to be getting out of the business, Meijer's for expanding when America is failing, now Starbucks. Anyone else you want me to advise?

$8.00 for a cup of coffee...sure. May I have a $12.00 donut too? Thanks. Here's a $20.00 bill. Keep the change.

Oh, there's tax on top of that? Tell ya what, keep the coffee and the donut and I'll keep the $20.00.

"While some restaurant chains, including Papa John’s and Olive Garden, last year sputtered over the requirements of Obamacare, Starbucks’ response is: So?

“Other companies have announced that they won’t provide coverage for spouses; others are lobbying for the cut-off to be at 40 hours. But Starbucks will continue maintaining benefits for partners and won’t use the new law as excuse to cut benefits or lower benefits for its workers,” CEO Howard Schultz told Reuters."

I buy new because I drive 25,000 miles a year. Will have to decide soon as 2005 Colorado has 200K miles on it. Still runs good, I will keep it for when I need a truck. I usually look for 0% financing. I test drove a Ford Escape, I will say American cars have come a long, long way. Whatever Eco-boost is, this thing accelerates like a rocket ship.

Of course when they get their new healthcare rates and have their hours cut, many of these people will have to decide whether to drop their health coverage or let their new $40,000.00 cars get repossessed. Will it be a car crisis rather than a housing crisis? Maybe.

Thanks Comrade Pwesident. Sieg Heil! "We're all Socialists now"...except for those of us who are still sentient beings.

I think it's really cool that as soon as you drive your new car off the lot it's value decreases instantaneously by thousands of dollars while the cost of payback increases with the interest accrued on the loan. What a great investment. Not.

When I buy a car, I write a personal check for it. Will that check be for a brand new one? Heck no. Buying a new car seems quite stupid to me.

"J.D. Power has estimated that based on the pace set in early August, new car sales will hit 1.27 million units by the end of the month—a 12% increase over August 2012, and the highest tally since the onset of the Great Recession. What’s more, because the average price paid for new cars has risen over the years, and “consumers are spending more on new vehicles than in any month on record,” J.D. Power “anticipates that consumer spending on new vehicles in August will be close to $36 billion, which would be the highest level on record.”

Thank you, Mr. President.

Well, Hasan got the death penalty.

Can we stop paying him now? We need that money for more Muslim outreach. Drones are expensive.

The speeches black youth need to hear these days are much different than the ones they needed to hear 50 years ago. Their current "leaders" however want to portray them as permament victims in perpetuity. They have this voracious need to continually stoke race hatred forever.

How dumb is that? How counter productive? Ask our local race-baiters, they're fine with it. Ignore their answers though cuz they're even dumber than Sharpton is. How they ever obtained ID's God only knows.

By the way, Russia and China walked out of the UN meeting on Syria today.

Anyone see the T-shirts they were selling at the MLK event today? They had a man's head, half of which was MLK, the other half was Trayvon, and they were morphed together. Gag me.

Anyway, O' is giving his "I Have A Scheme" speech, and like Hillary, is breaking out his best black-sounding accent (blaccent). Wouldn't they still be able to understand him if he used his regular accent?

The dichotomy between Trayvon Thughead and MLK is as stark as it could possibly be. What an intractable insult to MLK on those T-shirts. The two have nothing whatsoever in common...with their characters.

Neither J Jackson, nor Sharpton, nor Obama, nor Holder could hold a candle to MLK. They've in fact blown that candle out. If black America were a country unto itself, it would be the 16th richest country on the planet. Try living your life and achieving something. The hood, gang, thug mentality of today's black youth ain't workin'.

Nope. Nobody darker than you. Nobody dumber either. That shoulder-mounted vacuum you call a head though, truly *****. When you realize as much, it'll be a Eureka moment for you...but like Hoover, don't let your personal peccadilloes bother ya'.

Posted 422 days ago.

I assumed you meant you, now that I think about it, it doesn't make sense. You attempt ridicule after you've been thoroughly bastinadoed with facts, but it certainly isn't intellectual. Couldn't be NobodyDarkerThanMe, either.

Posted 422 days ago.

rshill7

And here's what I actually said Mr. Can't-Stop-Lying-To-Save-My-Life:

"However your willingness to expose yourself to intellectual ridicule every day is telling."

Did you pay attention that time? Does it matter? Nope.

Posted 422 days ago.

rshill7

Another intellectual would recognize it. You don't qualify.

Posted 422 days ago.

I'm still laughing from 5 hours ago where RS said he was an intellectual. Of all the thousands of comments, that might be the funniest of all.

But where would he possibly be considered an intellectual? Some weird, warped right-wing fan club meeting of paranoid sociopaths? He might be their king.

When you're a lifelong cross-dresser like Jaxolady is, what comes out of your mouth is every bit as questionable as what goes into it.
