Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

Please tell us about Obama's "jobs plan" now. You forgot. What is it? What does it entail? Is it really a jobs plan? Yesterday he said the Keystone Pipeline would create "50 permanent jobs". Last week he said it would create 2,000 jobs. His own State Department found it would create at least 20,000 jobs, with lots of other spin-off jobs as a result of those 20,000. In other words, more like 40,000 jobs.

He is nothing but a sickening, consistent liar, who also happens to be a die-hard communist.

Please tell us about his (Obama's) "jobs plan".

Then try to figure out what an entry level job is. Why, at $15.00 per hour, they could fire every kid they've got and hire smarter, higher quality people who can actually read.

Teens shouldn't work anyway, they should ride around in their parent's pouches for decades. Learning what it's like to work and pay taxes is just dumb. So is moving up to management, district management, regional management, and corporate headquarters.

Can you imagine a McDonalds where the folks that make your food can't get fired? Oh, that would be a real treat wouldn't it?

Has Morelix ever run a business in his entire life? I didn't think so. Have you? No. Would you like to have your much needed brain surgery performed by a bricklayer? It might lend some strength and solidity to your ideology. Ask a friend to think about it for you.

If McDonald's were unionized, they would never sell another franchise again.

Why America needs Unions:

"If McDonalds were to double the salaries and benefits of all of its employees, from the CEO down to the minimum wage cashiers, it would still only cost an extra 68 cents for a Big Mac, according to a new report by the University of Kansas.

"As fast food workers across the country are going on strike to demand a livable wage, University of Kansas research assistant Arnobio Morelix tells the Huffington Post that it would cost the average consumer mere cents to give them just that.

Currently, a minimum wage McDonalds employee makes $7.25 per hour. The CEO makes $8.75 million. But if the former were raised to $15 and the latter to $17.5 million, the dollar menu would only have to become the $1.17 menu and the Big Mac would go from $3.99 to $4.67, Morelix found.

If the CEO’s pay remained the same but low-wage workers earned more, the price difference for customers would be negligible. "

You've got the House and Senate confused with one another. It's the Senate that's been holding up all the jobs plans. The only jobs plan Obama has ever had is how to make as many jobs as possible either disappear, go overseas, or morph from full time jobs to part time jobs.

Obama's goal seems to be how many millions more people he can reduce to welfare, bogus disability, or food stamps.

I guess in a round about way it provides more Gov, jobs.

Please tell us about his "jobs plan".

Sorry I'll try to use Mother Jones, MSNBC, HuffPo, Jay Carney, or Obama himself just for you.

The only problem with that though is they are one-sided liars. Propagandists with a solid history of lying.

What I posted is simply an established fact. We all know how repelled you are by established facts.

Go look at the election results yourself. Then you can lie about them yourself.

How is "Moon" doing? I don't know. Hold a séance and ask him.

Posted 267 days ago.

The Washington Times. Got it. How is Reverend Moon doing these days, anyway?

But enough about your sources. I lament that Obama is proposing another jobs plan today, because everyone knows the GOP House has no interest in anything that will help America, or at least America below the top 1%. But still one can try, although the GOP House is where ideas go to die. Only gerrymandering has saved the GOP.

4 out of 5 adults in need of assistance is good for America? Consider your posts punched in the gut.

Mounting debt as far as the Hubble Telescope can see is good for America? Public and private Unions run amuck is good for America?

You have a very strange and skewed view of the word "good".

Here's what you really mean: A party that is 100% fail, 100% corrupt, and tells lies 100% of the time is good for the opposition. That opposition would be Republicans and Libertarians.

"According to the logic of politics, Leticia Perez should have handily won the heavily Democratic and Hispanic district in California’s central valley, and her failure to do so has Republicans eager to develop a victory template for struggling GOP candidates elsewhere in the deep-blue state and across the country. Fresno cherry farmer and cattle rancher Andy Vidak, who is fluent in Spanish, said he captured the state Senate seat in last week’s closely watched runoff vote by connecting with Hispanic voters with a “common-sense” approach that focused on job creation, affordable energy and opposition to big government." (Washington Times)

He won the Hispanic vote there too :-)

People are starting to understand where democrats want to take us, and they ain't gonna go along for the ride.

Florida's individual healthcare policies will skyrocket under Obamacare according to that state's Insurance Commissioner.

Less people working today than in 2008 is good for America?

Posted 267 days ago.

Good news for America is bad news for Republicans.

"Home prices posted 12.2% annual increase in May, biggest gain for any 12-month period in more than 7 years, report says."

Give us more of that Socialism, Mr. President, because it seems to be doing better than GOP Capitalism of 2008.

"There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the ***** race before the public. Some of these people do not want the ***** to lose his grievances because they do not want to lose their jobs. There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don't want the patient to get well."

Booker T. Washington, •The Intellectuals and the Boston Mob • July 30, 1911

Well, the patient is still in ICU 102 years later. Every time the patient is ready to leave the hospital, Obama, J. Jackson, or A. Sharpton (and the like) puts more poison on the patient's plate.

Wisdom seems "convoluted" to those without it. Twas ever thus.

I have no "puzzlement" regarding taxes or gas prices, and your self-proclaimed 'explanations" about gas prices are sheer idiocy and figments of your imagination. Imagine that.

My only puzzlement lies with the proven failure of socialism and why your side wants to continuously take us down that road to serfdom with reckless abandon.

The only answer I can come up with for it is pure evil. It explains a lot of things your side does and supports. Like death, helping establish a new Caliphate, the celebration of Sodomy, the Communist indoctrination of this nation's kids and young adults, ever increasing numbers of regulations, Scandals, Gov. Agency corruption, and global warming lies which they say can be cured by taxing us more and regulating us even more.

Posted 268 days ago.

Your convoluted logic is amazing. Bush shouldn't have even been adding to the debt. He inherited surpluses.

Here is an unfunded tax cut. Not a difficult concept. You are running a surplus. You base the tax cut on the surplus. The surplus no longer exists. The tax cut which was to be funded by the surplus is now unfunded. Logically, you would restore the old tax rates. Logically and Bush are oxymorons. Bush proceeded to do another tax cut, the opposite of what a reasonable and fiscally sound person would do.

I hope that cures up your puzzlement about unfunded tax cuts, although we've explained how gas prices work to you several times to no avail.

"The new round of borrowing brings Chicago’s total long-term debt to nearly $29 billion. That’s $10,780 for every one of the city’s nearly 2.69 million residents. More than a decade ago, the debt load was $9.6 billion or $3,338 per resident.

Last year, now-retiring City Comptroller Amer Ahmad argued that the city’s debt load was not “troubling” because, “We still have a very strong bond rating. Our fiscal position is getting better every year and we are aggressively managing our liabilities and obligations.”

He can no longer say that after the triple-drop in Chicago’s bond rating." (Sun Times-Chicago)

Will another city run perpetually by democrats bite the big one? Probably. Democrats tend to allow parasites to run amuck.

I left out the "unfunded" trillions which Obamacare will bring us.

Bring in the non-democrat cleaning crew.

Hint: That's way more than double. OK, blind vampire dingbat?

Don't even get me started on all the major wars we've gotten into under democrat Presidents. Look them up. Three of them are WW1, WW2, and Korea.

The national dept was $10,626,877,048,913.08 when George W Bush left office. It is now right at 17 trillion. Obozo has three more years. It will more than double by the time we are rid of him.

Bush added 4 trillion to the debt in 8 years. Obama has already added 6 trillion in 4. See the difference? Who has math issues? Who has ethical issues? Who has commie issues? Thou, that's who.

How has the economy done during Obama's 4 + years? Sh*tty. I think there are still less people working today than when Obama was inaugurated. What do you think? Do you ever think?

And what the h-e-l-l is an unfunded tax break? Is that where you "give" a tax break then raise taxes to pay for it? Dumbass.

Is it anything like unfunded healthcare, unfunded food stamps, or unfunded, ineffective, stimulus? Is it anything like tens of thousands of unfunded regulations?

You are an unfunded fool, who should realize that by now.

Posted 269 days ago.

As far as "doubling" the debt, please see my comment regarding RS and math issues. Look at the debt when Obama got in. Look at the debt now. Hint: Not Double.

Posted 269 days ago.

I've read a number of times the GOP have no alternative to Obamacare. Sorry about your hearing loss RS, but listen closely, that sound you don't hear is the Republican solution to out of control health costs.

We've determined several times RS of your many, many, many weak points, math is one of your weakest. Take a surplus. Mix in two unfunded tax cuts. Mix in two unfunded wars. Surplus becomes a deficit. Now, part 2. When did the two unfunded tax cuts occur? When were the two unfunded wars begun? And how much new spending has Obama done. Sorry. Republicans and deficits are one and the same.

A uterus is the most dangerous place on the planet. I wouldn't be caught dead in a uterus...until some abortion mill killed me. I got lucky. My Mother wasn't a murderer. Neither was yours. She just failed to impart that quality to you.
