Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

Freeman; yes I keep a summer house on the lake in Syria. So tell me about your place in Libya it must be so busy there, what with the revolution and the tourist season in full swing.

I must say I’m amazed on how you keep so abreast of Benghazi, were you there that night walking your donkey when it all went down?

Otherwise how could you have the audacity to make any kind of comments about it?

Oh, I forgot you believe in Fox News.

That's the most sincere form of flattery Freeman :-)

I'm considering shutting down my business for good. May very well have to it looks like. Too many government regulations to comply with. It's been worrying me a lot lately. Not sure what I'm going to do next.

If you could ever use a guy like me in any endeavor, please let me know.

Wow, things can certainly change quickly. I'm confident my lefty 'friends' here will be delighted. Their celebrations will no doubt begin in 3,2,1...

Hey foot... thanks for the nice comment.

I'm sure Secretary of State Kerry will be calling you soon for your sage advice.

BTW, have you ever been to any of those countries? Do you have any relationships with real people in those regions? My guess is you just pick up your copy of "Kool Komrad" and quote from there.

David Firestone [NYT reporter] is one of the biggest Obamamphiles in the country.

This is a guy that heralds Barney Frank as a "moderate".

To plagiarize RS..."BAWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHWHOOOWHOOOHAHAHA!

I'm done now....whew, you crack me up.

"...Republicans mock the term shovel-ready jobs, but as per usual miss the big picture..."

To quote RS, "..BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH"

They [administration] told us that we could keep our plans and doctors. They knew we couldn't.

They [administration] told us that the IRS scandal was terrible then did nothing until the polls started to slide. (DOJ was in New Jersey within days).

They [administration] told us that our ambassador was killed because of a video on Youtube when they knew within an hour of his death that it was a terror attack.

They [administration]....forget it.

You can keep on defending them [administration] if you like.

Keep moving the goal posts and changing the rules.

"...what we said was..." "...I meant this when I said that..."

You guys are starting to look really foolish and really, really gullible.

- to put Syria under the influence of our BFF's in Saudi Arabia - that paragon of freedom and democracy

Syrian is NOT Muslims fighting each other for heaven's sakes! Get it through your head please that Syria is a secular state. Christians, Shia, Sunni, Druze, Alawite - (all make up the Syrian army and they fight beside each other) they have all gotten along together very well. It's the rebels who are Sunni extremists - 'Salafists' who want to build the Islamist fundamentalist empire based on the Saudi Arabian twisted and medieval from of Islam. They have done one juvenile frame job after another - just like the stupid CNN article today - to put on a human credibility shield for their Islamist takeover of a secular nation that had not invaded another country under this 13 year leader. This is about the US and NATO pursuing policies from the 1980's to 'contain' Russia vis a vis the missile defense shield. Syria's Assad has good relations with Russia and refused to bow under our pressure to submit to our demands. So we are supporting, arming, funding Islamist extremists -including al Qaed

How many women and children were slaughtered by the Bush and Cheney false war in Iraq?

Most reports say at least 50000 and Freeman the moron cries about four men that were in a clandestine operation outside of the USA embassy in a secret compound dying.

Screw you freeman. You really are a brainwashed fool, why should we take any statement by you as having any veracity? Turn off the corporate news on TV and turn down your right wing nut radio stations.

WND is my acronym for Weapons of Nuclear Destruction, since I do not wish to be ASSociated with the other acronym, since that would be the worst source ever.

By the way, shrill, Sadman Hussein had NO WND's, so the premise of your so called 'swift justice', and ridding the world of a madman was based on a LIE. If you cannot see through the lies, and sympathize with the premise, count yourself among the sheep.

Basing an opinion on subjective complaints is 'spin', and these distracting misconceptions are dominating the narrative. Benghazi was a sad occurrence in a chaotic part of the world, that just happens to be Oil Rich, and that is not a coincidence. But the narrative as promoted by the crazed regime of Cheney/Bush was promoted and abetted by the Conservative mainstream media, and plenty of so called 'liberals' went along sheeplike with the false narrative. That*****WAR cost American lives, American credibility, and untold death and destruction, along with a great depletion of national resources better spent solving American problems. And, the prosecution of the Iraq WAR has helped those terror organizations gain converts by the thousands, and they will be reckoned with due to the direct actions of the aforementioned American politicians. Meanwhile we are distracted by phony 'debates' pitting Science against philosophy.

freem..Portman is a good republican choice and I'd add Huntsman. Now that wasn't so hard was it :)

From wherever the fungible funds were derived Leer road and Misery Bay road are nice now. We have more shovel ready roads and all we have to do is tax the rich. No one went from being 40 times better than Freeman to 400 times more worthy. The system just changed. We should change it back so Freeman doesn't have to shoulder the burden. And we can only take so much food from (dirty) welfare 4 year old girls before they die.

"He keeps telling us so. On "Meet the Press," fill-in host Tom Brokaw wants to know how quickly Barack Obama can create jobs, and the president-elect promises to move fast. After all, he says, he's met with a bunch of governors "and all of them have projects that are shovel-ready."

Governors tell Obama they have shovel-ready projects. Why would he think they lied? But as I travelled I saw plenty of road construction project with American recovery Act signs on them. But why believe what my own eyes saw?

Posted 87 days ago.

And Republican whining about lying when the previous administration told lies that will go down as being some of the biggest lies in American history is just incredible. Even more incredible is this feigning that they didn't know that the Middle East is a dangerous place and that it is virtually impossible to keep Americans safe short of a constant military presence. If Benghazi is all the GOP has for 2016 it is going to be another rout for the Democrats.

Those perpetrators have already been brought to justice. Saddam, as well as his sons. Swift justice. Let's have some justice for the Benghazi killers. Saddam's weapons of mass destruction are being cleaned up in Syria. Can some Benghazi killers be cleaned up in Libya?

You know, "from the halls of Montezuma, to the shores of Tripoli"?

Regarding the Iraq WAR. Let's get to the bottom of all the lies promulgated by Bush/Cheney and their henchmen. Start by blaming the perpetrators and bringing them to justice. They are CRIMINALS according to humanity.

Amos57usa, as far as I know, nobody is officially running on either side.

Why don't you ask a question that I can answer?

Hypothetically speaking, Ohio Senator Rob Portman would be my personal pick.
