Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

Some big pieces of sh*t fancy themselves sh*t Connoisseurs don't they? Others simply swish it around their mouths a few times, then spew it out.

Jaxojohn does both.

Perhaps you two can bribe some doctors into not retiring early. If not, you might enjoy standing in line together waiting to see a doctor stupid enough to submit to the absolute control of his every medical move.

In the meantime, if you're not celebrating the death of every conservative that dies, you can still practice the progressive art of character assassination.

The left always lets you know who they fear. Watch what they try to do and say about Ted Cruz from here on out. They'll try to "Palinize" him. It's simply old fashioned slander. More stupid lies from stupid people.

The more conservatives honor and venerate the US Constitution (and want to follow it for a change), the "nuttier" they are. To ProgHogs following anything other than their Marxist agenda, is nutty.

Will you be perusing the contents of more porta-potty's today Jaxoseptic? Well, enjoy it. Even dumbass sh*theads need hobbies. Sh*t attracts sh*t.

I've seen Republicans list the dozen black Republicans in other places. When you take out the ones who are nuttier than a port-o-potty at a peanut festival such as Allen West and Herman Cain it doesn't leave much.

I just got a notice from United Health Care that I will be getting a refund on my premiums, same as HH. But once again, who is one to believe, RS or my own lying eyes?

"It has only exacerbated that which it was billed and sold to solve. We didn't buy it though. It was shoved down our neck without a single Republicans vote. Why was there not a single Republican vote?"

Same reason no Republican voted for the Clinton tax plan that lead to a balanced budget. It involved mathematics.

I see rshrill prefers the chains that keep his 'mind' narrow. I must say, anything the man says here must be colored by his obvious and vehement bigotry, particularly toward the Muslim population of this great Union.

Obama math: It will cost 900 Billion.

CBO math: It will cost 2.8 Trillion.

Obama was only off by 300%+.

Dance little doofus dance. Nevermind the strings, You're wearing chains, and want the rest of us wearing them too.

No.

nobo.."Bankrupting the nation"? You have been watching too much Fox demagoguery. People without insurance or money just go to the emergency room and pay nothing. We have been paying double to make up for those who pay nothing. You are adding the insurance cost without subtracting the ER cost; Fox math. Fox, Rush and Glen jerk your emotional puppet strings and you dance.

It has only exacerbated that which it was billed and sold to solve. We didn't buy it though. It was shoved down our neck without a single Republicans vote. Why was there not a single Republican vote? Because it's the biggest Gov. over-reaching pile of crap in history.

The Gov. controls way too much of our lives already. It needs to get back in it's box. The box built for it by the Constitution. It needs to be shoved back in that box, and the only ones who can do that are the people. I've got my shoving shoes on. You should take off your butt kissing hat, don a pair, grow a pair, and start shoving too.

You can shove now, or get crushed later. I prefer being an individual lion, not a collective sheep. Stop chewing on grass and help me subdue Fedzilla, before he swallows you whole.

The Gov. already knows more than enough about me through my tax records, social security card, and birth certificate. They can trace my every keystroke, e-mail and search entry. Do they really need my medical records too? Should they also have the ability to decide what healthcare procedures I have and which ones I can't have? I don't think they should.

I don't think they should engulf a sixth of the entire economy either, controlling the whole shebang. How much can people be manipulated in their behaviors if one behemoth, impossible to satiate, Gov. controls everything? A lot. I don't want to be told what to do, what to eat and how to live. Do you?

And what about the 30 million people who will still remain uncovered for the next 20 years according to the CBO? There will never be less than 30 million who remain uninsured. How many are there now? Wasn't this thing supposed to solve that? It was supposed to solve a lot of things.

And what important legislation is the Republican house pushing before summer recess? Trying to repeal obamacare for the 40th time.

Why don't people think that health care should be available and affordable for everyone?

Posted 263 days ago.

HuronHippie

In Michigan, you will be able to sign up for your new plans in October. Check it out.

I really wish people would stop spreading these DRUDGE/LIMBAUGH/BECK sensationalist lies and actually look at how Obamacare might benefit their families.

Posted 263 days ago.

HuronHippie

In Michigan, I was paying $600/month for my family's insurance, and that was a $10000 deductible. Under the Affordable Care Act, I will be paying less than half of that, for a $1000 deductible (the larger deductible are not allowed). I fail to see how I am being taken advantage of. Thank you.

Posted 263 days ago.

HuronHippie

"PLEASE see the beast in its true form and the havoc it is causing our people" NOBO, this is complete nonsense. The Affordable Care Act has already been saving my family big money, not causing havoc. I have gotten two large refunds because my insurance spends more than 20% on administration. The government didn't pay, the insurance company did. Also, my future care as a self-employed person is going to be much more affordable than it was. If you want the facts, go to michigan.gov.hicap. instead of spreading innuendo and lies, please. Then, we can debate the FACTS.

nobo..Crackers were the people of any skin tint who cracked whips on the backs of slaves.

Posted 263 days ago.

NobodySpecial

I don't like being called a cracker. There are too many types of crackers for all us Caucasians to be lumped in. there are: Saltine Gram Those little yellow fish-shaped things Animal (though could be a cookie in disguise) Matzo and who knows what else. The term is too generic and therefore must be taken as a pejorative. A pejorative directed at a group of people is raciest.
