Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

The department of corrections recommends no jail time for the 'sodomy' act. Judge Mack gave him 60 days etc. I used to like Mike. I notified the ACLU. A 68 year old man should not sit in jail for committing a violation of an overturned outdated christian law. Let him out. Leave him alone.

As a below average person though, that might not apply to you.

When you get to your retirement property, it'll be so fun when you try and do something on it or to it. Heck, try to do something to your property here. It'll have to be a secret.

Even the water running off of your roof is regulated, and your backyard just might be a protected wetlands, just like your drainage ditch.

There might be some endangered species living in it too. That'll bring another couple of Gov. agencies into the mix.

Maybe you can show them your voter registration card and get a pass. Dupe.

Nevermind about the endangered species formerly known as freedom.

In England they can't even have a standard fireplaces in their homes. That anti-freedom/tradition regulation will also be here shortly, along with not being able to build campfires on your own property. You already can't build a pond on your own property.

The average person commits 3 felonies per day by breaking laws and regulations already on the books.

The EPA doesn't have any products, dope.

Careful amos, homophobes think gay marriage is one step from marrying your pet, and they think it's just a matter of time before people train their dogs to bark twice for "I do".

We understand you hate the EPA. Of course when you illegally sell one of their regulated products, it does make you biased.

Conservatives would like to eliminate the EPA and the IRS. Would like to eliminate the Department of Education too.

So, shrill, what are 'conservatives' doing about all those regulations, besides ******** about them? Weakening environmental regulations is their only apparent solution. Every stinking over- regulation can be eliminated and mitigated by 'our' Congress working together with no interference from their corporate sponsors, lobbyists, and moneyed benefactors. Just DO THEIR JOBS, instead of lurching from one emergency to another, ad nauseum. ALL of them. NO vacations, no paid time off, no endless politics, just hard work.

Government needs eleventy-spillion regulations micromanaging everything under the sun to build a road?

Needs 20,000 pages to micromanage "health care"?

71,684 pages to micromanage income taxes?

That's one heck of a road, and two hecks of a stupid analogy. It gets "progressively" more stupid each time you use it.

Judge Mack said the sodomy was "highly despicable". The pet owners put a camera on the mammal to record a 'sodomy' act. Was that not highly despicable too or did the mammal have fun. Emotion has no place in Michigan law. Christian or Islam law has no place in Michigan law. Who was harmed by the crime which is not a crime, the judge, the owners or the mammal?

The whiners whining about big government also want them to do something about the borders and Ebola.

Left Behind.

Posted 109 days ago.

No one said the government was the end all. You seem to think a country can function without it. Again, for maybe the 100th time, Republicans see the road, drive on the road, wonder where the road came from. True the first time, still true today.

Facts: The "Fact" that science cannot exist without lefty government?

Reagan set back science?

Which other country on the planet not "burdened" by Reagan has achieved the alternative energy you crave?

Germany? No, they have been abandoning it. Any other European country? No, they've already flushed billions as have we.

China? Their smog permeates even San Francisco.

What keeps you guys so durn stupid? And how did the government you used to protest become the end-all be-all to you?

"As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a fool returneth to his folly." (Proverbs 26:11 KJV)

Try the toilet again.

I repeat, shweinhund, Jimmy Carter was a great President. Had America followed his lead on alternative energy, we would not be in the Muddle East. We have a rental that has had a solar installation since 1976, that still functions well, and helps keep heating costs down. Make all the silly ass names for us reasonable persons that your feeble mind allows, the facts remain.

Right on jax. The man is little more than an empty suit. Meanwhile, THIS about one of his heroes..."My son is an anointed King, destined to take control of all sectors of society"...'pastor' Rafael Cruz, Dominionist, on his goofy son, Ted.

Posted 112 days ago.

Poor RS, he's reduced to correcting spelling and grammar errors because he can't shoot down the facts that pummel him day after day. He knows Reagan set back alterative energy research 30 years in America, just as Bush set back stem cell research 8 years. It's science, it cannot co-exist in GOP la-la land.

Carter's head is a Habitat For Insanity.

Posted 112 days ago.

rshill7

Politicians did heed Carter's advice on alternative energy, Normonopolymoney. The politician called Obama.

Carter's advice, and Obama's heeding of it, flushed billions of dollars either down the drain and/or into lefty, crony, pockets.

That's what's known as raping the taxpayers, and it goes on unabated, much like your stupidity.

P.S. There's no "s" in the word advice.

Michigan is so backward that we have to move to Oregon to die with dignity. I think four other states may allow euthanasia. Why is Michigan so far behind that even gay marriage isn't legal here. Could it be because of a religion from before the Dark Ages...
