Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

ObamaCare works! Fashioned after RomneyCare, and now being quietly asked for by such great GOP thought mongers as Rick Perry, who now, hat in hand after all his bluster (OOPS!) is seeking benefits he is against. YOUR GOP.

BEHIND is not ahead, that would indicate progress. As an avowed conservative, progress is not in your vocabulary. Behind you is your posterior, from which we get ****e, which you then attempt to pass off as original thought. And, Nobo, do you realize how ignorant your "Mexican proof fence" is? The fence you mention only slows down the people who pick our fruit by THREE and ONE HALF minutes!Flaming lib commies do not exist, but flaming social engineers do.

Ahead of the times Normeanderer.

I heard from some folks in attendance at the earlier breakfast, which was by special invite. Dan would not commit to defunding the Leviathan health monster.

Many of these people go to Washington to represent us to DC, then they come back representing DC to us. From what I can tell, Dan has voted whichever way Boehner told him to vote. He went from being a Tea Party candidate to a Boehner puppet.

One of the main reasons he was elected in the first place was because he is a Dr. and we wanted the healthcare act killed. He needs to be primaried. He is not a leader. He is a follower.

If he gets one more term he gets those tasty lifetime benefits. The Republican establishment paid off his campaign debts and will help him win again so he can once more be an establishment lapdog.

Send him to the pound.

My own question was to all this huge legislation like patriot act and Obama care and how loose it is written and how it spawns even more spending through satellite programs based on poorly written language. He agrees and said that he and a few others on both sides are looking at closing loopholes and defunding portions that allow for increased spending programs.

yeah, he talked to that at length.

Did he say anything about defunding the Unaffordable Stealthcare Act?

Met with Congressman Dan today at Alpena Community College. He really is the right person to carry our voice to Washington. There was a question today concerning a moose proof fence stopping a 22 mile project that would keep people working a year longer. He handled it well. My comment to my wife was "Heck, we can't even build a Mexican proof fence" There were more people than I expected all raising the right questions and very few flaming lib commies looking for social handouts. In all, it was a good experience and something we should all be doing. Dan is our voice in that Washington snake pit. We need to let him know what we care about.

"Unemployment Rate Has Jumped From 7.7% To 8.9% Over Last 30 Days."

"Thanks To Obamacare, 75 Percent of The Jobs Created This Year Are Part-Time."

And hasn't the stock market had 6 straight days of significant declines? Do you hear the train rollicking down the tracks? Do you see another one heading straight towards it? I do. Democrats are just brilliant aren't they? They own this mess. Just wait till the widespread public panic sets in.

This administration is a disaster. They are continuous liars, they are criminals, they are Constitution thwarters, they are court order ignorers, and they are subversives and enemy-domestics, with a fondness for authoritarian communistic-type rule. In short, they are country cancer, stage 4.

"Our intelligence sources tell us..."

I guess that means the intelligence sources "lied" if anyone did. How does anyone obtain any information at all? Do they divine it's existence from the ether, or must they be informed by someone or some thing?

The EIEIO is not an intelligence source. It's simply a favorite phrase of Old MacDonald.

I believe rshrill's 'office' is in his bathroom, where he sits and sells his clown shoes, While squeezing out crap. That explains the posts.

RS response to Bush lie:

Posted 239 days ago.

Just one of 935 documented Bush lies.

"Our intelligence sources tell us that he (Saddam) has attempted to purchase high-strength aluminum tubes suitable for nuclear weapons production."

State of the Union Address ? 1/28/2003 The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as well as dozens of leading scientists declared said tubes unsuitable for nuclear weapons production -- months before the war.
