Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

Who cares about the top tax rate? We get it, he cut taxes for the wealthy, and Republicans canonized him for it. Reagan cut two trillion in hot checks when a trillion was a trillion. Obama did an $800 billion dollar stimulus in today's dollars, 30% of which was tax cuts, and Republicans are still whining about it. Give Obama two trillion in stimulus and watch America take off.

The results we have seen during the Obama administration are exactly the type one should expect and predict from Fedzilla run amuck socialist theory and application. It ***** the very life out of business and individuals and places Government Uber alles, while pitting every group against every other. That's called divide and...fail.

Put every dime you have in the stock market Jaxogoebbels. Go down with the ship. Make sure you grease your robot joints very well first. Salt water is quite rough on tin men. But, at least you have a heart. Oz gave you one. It's an inanimate time piece. Keep looking at it. You might notice that time is short, but I doubt it.

Have a blissful day.

Reagan just happened to double the size of the economy while doing it. J.F.K spoke eloquently about lowering taxes too during his term. That was back when even democrats were still relatively free-market capitalists.

Not even if the same universe so as to compare.

Those "useless weapons systems" won the cold war, putting The Soviet Union in the poor house trying to keep up. They are now more into Capitalism, and have some of the richest people on the planet living and working there. Israel is really appeciating some of those useless weapoins sytems too, as are we.

I keep hearing about 11 Reagan tax increases. The top rate was 70% when he went in and 28% when he went out? There were 15 different rates, he consolidated that down to 4 rates only. How does that equate to 11 tax increases? List them. List them. List them. Do you understand the phrase, list them? Then list them!

Obama has added 6 trillion to the debt! Only a googoo eyed sycophant on dummy steroids can look at any combination of numbers using any matrix or category under the sun to see that the Reagan administration kicked Obama's a-s-s straight across the board. Every President has kicked Obama's ass.

My source is listed right after the quote for the global warming article. It's still there now if you'll look. The Telegraph, from the UK. Ok liar? Is that not a commie enough source for you to believe? And who gives a darn what you believe anyway. You are so chomping at the bit to believe there is some whacked out version of virtue on your side, you'll believe anything they say while wearing blinders. Wow, what a sycophant.

Wouldn't it be nice to have only a 256 billion deficit in a whole year? Obama's has been a trillion every single year he's been President! With nothing to show for it other than scads of bankrupt energy co's who went under dragging our tax money down with them. Nothing to show for it but big fat billions of dollars in losses and 6 trillion in added debt. 90 trillion in future liabilties.

Now compare the unemployment rates of now and then, straight across the board, including hispanics and blacks, young and old.

RS's source for the global ice cap growing therefore global warming is a hoax is, you guessed it, The Washington Times.

Posted 317 days ago.

"The nominal national debt rose from $900 billion to $2.8 trillion during Reagan's tenure, an average national budget deficit per year of $237.5 billion, as compared to an average national budget deficit per year of $56.9 billion during Carter's tenure."

Mostly for useless weapon systems. There was also about a trillion pumped into the economy by the deregulated S&L's which ultimately the taxpayers had to bail out.

RS leaves out those numbers in an attempt to convince anyone other than himself that Reaganomics worked. Reagan had to raise taxes 11 times after his initial tax cuts or America would have gone bankrupt.

Why did RS leave those numbers out? He might not have on purpose, because we have seen over the years RS is a disaster with numbers.

Al Gore reportedly unconsolable.

Yes, I'm a global warming denier. I have always been a global warming denier. Now even the previously duped scientists, who felt pressured to join the global warming BS crowd because of grants, and the blacklisting of contrary research etc. now agree that there has been zero global warming since 1997. (That's 16 years isn't it?) Zero. Just think, the polar bears now have an extra one million square miles of ice or so, and summer isn't even over yet.

Is anyone sick of the politicization of science yet? The Theory of Evolution is 100% BS too. I hope every dumbass who's preached this global warming foolishness themselves, now feel like the stupid idiots they've always been.

"There has been a 60 per cent increase in the amount of ocean covered with ice compared to this time last year, they equivalent of almost a million square miles.

In a rebound from 2012's record low an unbroken ice sheet more than half the size of Europe already stretches from the Canadian islands to Russia's northern shores, days before the annual re-freeze is even set to begin.

The Northwest Passage from the Atlantic to the Pacific has remained blocked by pack-ice all year, forcing some ships to change their routes.

A leaked report to the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) seen by the Mail on Sunday, has led some scientists to claim that the world is heading for a period of cooling that will not end until the middle of this century.

If correct, it would contradict computer forecasts of imminent catastrophic warming. The news comes several years after the BBC predicted that the arctic would be ice-free by 2013." (Telegraph UK)

My blockhead is equipped with a very efficient lie filter. Maybe that's why nothing you say gets through. Here's a quote for you.

"You are what you are and where you are because of what's gone into your mind. You can change what you are, you can change where you are, by changing what goes into your mind." (Zig Ziglar's book "See You At The Top")

And keep in mind my short attention span when it comes to your silly meanderings, I ONLY read the first line of any of your posts. After a few days, I can re-read and see that nothing gets through your block head.

The rude comment on your perception of me made the results I got from the lesson I taught you on research less than adequate. NOW, let us see how clever you are in research of another topic. Here it goes, so pay close attention..."What I am opposed to is a dumb war"-James Fallows. This will be an open Wiki test, and take your time, and be concise, squarehead.

Hey Normy, here's a great quote which needs no context whatsoever:

"This is what happens when you put hippies in suits!"

Aaahahahaha!

However, the comeback you did indeed come back with, was as breathtaking when I read it, as it was after I read it. It was both an exercise and a lesson, in debate, rebuttal, and counter-point. I've been humbled as never before.

Are you sure you didn't go to Harvard before it became a Marxist Collective cesspool which censors and stifles all dissent? Your side's ideas cannot withstand scrutiny or fair debate. It is therefor, the inferior ideology. You are equally inferior for holding it. It is for that reason, that I have no problem whatsoever listening to your side. By hearing your side, I can much more completely, annihilate it. Tell your side to dredge up the courage to hear, and debate, my side.

Tell me about it. This'll make you feel better about it though.

"Fifteen universities including some Ivy League schools are offering college credit to students who will inject feminist thinking into the popular website Wikipedia — something critics are calling an eye-opening case of campus bias.

“Usually it’s a little more subtle than a course actually to inject liberal bias in what is supposed to be factual articles! It’s absurd,” Katherine Timpf, a reporter with CampusReform****, told Fox News.

The program is called “Storming Wikipedia,” and was set up by a group called FemTechNet as part of its Dialogues on Feminism and Technology online course, according to CampusReformdotorg." (Fox News)

I couldn't help but notice you couldn't and didn't identify even one jot, or one tittle, of anything ever, that WND or Blaze has printed, posted, or videod that has been shown to be false or untrue.

"He believed that an episode in his novel "Flow My Tears", was a detailed retelling of a story from the Biblical Book of Acts, which he had never read." (excerpts from Wicki)

Dick was an author, predominantly science fiction. He wrote the book which inspired "Blade Runner" and "Total Recall" among others.

"From 1948 to 1952, Dick worked at Art Music Company, a record store on Telegraph Avenue. In 1955, he and his second wife, Kleo Apostolides, received a visit from the FBI, which they believed to be the result of Kleo's socialist views and left-wing activities.

Dick was married five times.

Dick tried to stay off the political scene because of the high societal turmoil from the Vietnam War; however, he did show some anti-Vietnam War and anti-governmental sentiments. In 1968, he joined the "Writers and Editors War Tax Protest", an anti-war pledge to pay no U.S. federal income tax, which resulted in the confiscation of his car by the IRS.

At one point Dick felt that he had been taken over by the spirit of the prophet Elijah."

"REALITY is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away" Philip K. Dick. (quoted by Normandy)

Lets say you all of a sudden stopped believing in a lie. Does the lie go away? No, it remains as a sort of testimony to the author of that lie as well as to those others who still believe it. The old saying goes that "a lie travels halfway round the world before the truth even get's it's pants on". Some say, "boots on" rather than pants on.

The Bible calls Satan the author of lies. His lies hold water for some people still. There is no reality in a lie except the reality of the lie itself. So basically what I am saying, is that quote by Dick is a dumb quote. It wasn't thought through. Normy never thinks anything through either. It;s no wonder he quotes others with that same non-quality.

Norm and Dick, stupid, superficial, bedfellows.

Make sure you get this: "By 1989, the U.S. GDP was at $5.48 trillion, almost double the level of 10 years earlier."

In other words, between 1979 and 1989 the size of the economy doubled.

DOUBLED.

Obama growth rate? Less than 1% per year every single year he's been in office. U6 unemployment rate: 14.6%.

The conservative ideology works, the liberal ideology fails.
