Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

In the meantime, WND has published a non-parody article about 'secret Muslim foot signals' that Obama is sending to his 'Brotherhood friends', by placing his foot on a desk in the White House. The preferred source for 'news' of Rand Paul and Rs(really stupid)Hrill.

Zimmerman speeds accross America to threaten women and beat old men. The right wing racists are learning what a real thug is.

Keynesian economics leads inevitably to either total ruin or austerity. Leave Keynesian economics out of it and let countries maintain a steady, fiscal responsible mode of operation. You'll not need austerity, you'll simply need fiscal responsibility and common sense, like you used to use before adopting Keynes' ideas. Spending in proportion to income, like every family in America has to do. Before Keynes, countries tended to do that.

"Only people who hate the middle class are complaining about the auto bailout." (Jaxolefty)

This the kind of idiotic statement that separates individuals from drones. The braindead drone uses a statement like that. There is zero truth in it.

When did disagreement start equating with hate? What I hate is your ideology and your fulfillment, indeed, personification, of Einsteins definition of insanity.

I don't want to be a worker-ant forced to labor in a giant anthill with millions of others. I was created by Almighty God in his own image. I will be free. I will be creative myself. The road you would travel does not lead to freedom. It leads to subjugation. It leads to 24/7 hr surveillance (already upon us), and it leads to approved truth, approved speech, approved food, approved housing, approved everything. Anything to the contrary will be disapproved of, harshly. You know, for the good of the collective, and to H-e-l-l with the individual.

Is it any wonder that I am against democrats who want to take us down that road? Is it whacky to desire freedom and whacky to want to adhere to that document which guarantees that freedom? Is my life yours? Is it the collective's? Or, is my life mine and God's alone?

Will it still be legal to be a conservative or a Christian?

What about freedom of speech? Will it still exist? Will all wealth and property be taken and redistributed "equally"? And once the current Government collapses will the Government proclaim that Capitalism "didn't work" and neither did welfare? Will everyone then be forced to work at a job chosen especially for him/her by that Government?

I'm looking down the road we travel and am wondering what the destination looks like. I've read and heard much about what that destination has looked like for other countries. It ain't pretty. It is total darkness, total helplessness, total dependency with zero vestiges of human rights. Where the totalitarian leader decides who lives and who dies, who eats and who starves. What is there to desire in that kind of environment? What becomes of human ambition, and personal dreams for oneself and one's family?

How so? I don't see it. If he found some Adam Smith that agrees with his thinking, why still a goosestepping Keynesian? Were those little tidbits he pulled out somewhat Keynesian to you? If so, it looks like Keynes stole some of Adam's marginal ideas and combined them with his ridiculously foolish ideas.

Which country ever borrowed itself into prosperity? We have borrowed to such a degree that our debt was downgraded. The Foodstamp President is also President Downgrade. President Unemployment. President Class and Race Warfare.

What's the end game for you lefties? Will private property still be Ok? Will those who go the extra mile still be able to earn as much as they want? As much as they can, or will there be a minimum wage and a maximum wage? Will Fedzilla control every product made by the every company in the private sector? Will there even be a private sector? Will baby turtles still be protected while baby humans are murdered in the womb?

Sorry RS, hville beat you like a rented mule. He took your Adam Smith, played it completely against you, and you had no retort.

Only people who hate the middle class are complaining about the auto bailout.

Here's a simple quiz: Name one country that prospered economically after massive government spending cuts.

Just one is all you have to name.

By the way GW Bush announced the 17 billion plus dollar auto bailout. Obozo simply twisted it into a thing that stole from the bondholders while rewarding the entity that took them so far into debt and non-profitability in the first place. The Unions. They also got ownership to the tune of about 4 billion worth. Why was that? I wonder if they'll be any less reckless now with that chunk at stake? Maybe they'll strike against themselves?

When Government borrows trillions it crowds out private borrowing. When Government also prints billions every single month it degrades every single single dollar in existence, including yours.

More rocket science for you there Jaxoloser.

Real science makes businesses, and the products they make, more efficient and with higher quality. Real science is great. Christians founded nearly every real branch of science in existence today.

The Bogus politicization of science wastes billions and billions. No, we don't need bogus science. we need real science, like fracking and sideways drilling. Real science that measures the true devastation of democrats and Keynesian economics and seeks to reverse them because they do not work. The type of science your side likes is emotional science.

Or as RS puts it: Cut Spending to Grow!

Posted 316 days ago.

Ah, name calling! Sweet music from someone who hasn't a leg to stand on . Bye now.

Posted 316 days ago.

Two more subjects we can add to RS's list of things he knows nothing about: Keynesian economics and Adam Smith.

Keynesian economics got us out of the depression? No it did not. It dramatically extended it, just like Obozo's Keynesian policies have dramatically extended this one. Just as Japan's Keynesian economics dramatically extended theirs.

All Keynesian policies do is attempt to borrow it's way to prosperity. It can't be done, other wise you two stupid idiots would be ten million in debt yourselves. Just preach it OK, don't practice it. I get it. The lies from the left are stale. Even low info voters are figuring it out as they feel the effects of falling wages, rising prices and diminishing opportunities.

I see none of you have the democrat end game in sight nor can explain what it would look like. It's simply the blind following the blind. Enjoy the ditch.

While you're at it, throw up some more Adam Smith quotes. By the way, Smith is obviously speaking of real science, not pseudo-science like Global Warming or Macro-evolution.

Posted 316 days ago.

But Adam you must be wrong about roads. Republicans say those are an expense, not an investment. They just killed a massive infrastructure improvement bill.

Posted 316 days ago.

Let's build some roads, Adam:

"Good roads, canals, and navigable rivers, by diminishing the expence of carriage, put the remote parts of the country more nearly upon a level with with those of the neighbourhood of the town. They are upon that the greatest of all improvements. "
