Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

Speaking of quotes: Democratic offices started passing around a quote last night from conservative Rep. Marlin Stutzman (R-Ind.).

Stutzman explained to The Washington Examiner's David Drucker how the new GOP position on the government shutdown isn't really even about Obamacare anymore. It's about respect:

“We’re not going to be disrespected. We have to get something out of this. And I don’t know what that even is.”

Little GOP Children. Their feelings are hurt, and they have to get something, even though they don't know what it is. That sums up these petulant immature Republicans in one quote.

Which law did RS' friends break?

Which law did RS break?

Toxic? Deadbeat? Sounds like the caption of an Obama portrait.

Professor O' actually said this, referring to the "terrorists" in Congress...and we paraphrase:

"Imagine if a bunch of private sector workers got together and decided just to shut down a business because they didn't get what they want?"

No, really. he actually said that.

Uh...sounds like standard Union practices to me Mr. O'. Man O' man. Him don't even know what him saying do him? The words flaming hypocrisy are no longer adequate to describe this fool.

Signed, RS Shoes

All deflections from the fact you were spouting off about Obamacare when you know nothing about it. Your toxic friend has nothing to do with Obamacare. Your deadbeat donut maker friend has nothing to with Obamacare. Although it doesn't surprise me to hear your friends are lawbreakers, I assume you just haven't been caught yet.

Senator McCarthy was exactly right, and the Venona files prove that. You can all about them from any source you choose, including Wickipedia! What do you think they are capable of today???

You don't know anything about anything sister! You're just and uneducated, uninformed dolt. A complete fool. An all trusting duped dope. I have shoes more knowledgeable than you.

2. Does or does not the IRS have the ability to garnish wages, snatch money from your bank account, and apply liens to private property in order to collect the same? Yes, they do.

How can you be so dense Mr. Osmium? The Supreme Court has ruled that the Obamacare fines are actually "taxes". That is the sole reason it was deemed Constitutional by Chief Justice Roberts, which other conservative justices were absolutely livid about? Was he blackmailed for something? I don't know. This administration certainly has that ability.

Why don't you know anything about anything? Taxes are collected by the IRS. The entire O'commiecare thing is enforced by the IRS, once again. As we have also learned recently, they can do anything they freakin' want to do, including acting as Obama's own right and left hands.

Consider what was happening as long as 70 years ago. Look up and read about the "Venona Files", aka, "The Venona Report".

He didn't owe any taxes. They didn't give him the opportunity to prove that.

I'll tell him to make absolutely sure to pay his O'commiecare fines. I have another friend in down south whose business was raided by the EPA. He sold environmentally friendly products. The EPA came to his business with a SWAT team, confiscated all his products and his computers, and forced him to shut down, close his website and shutter his warehouse. Similar to what happened to Gibson Guitars.

This Government is comprised of jack-booted thugs you stupid, wasted ninny. He had to go to Canada to resume business. He had done nothing wrong other than refuse to supply them with a list of every single client he had ever had and every single product he had ever sold to them. Much like how the IRS harassed the Tea Party people.

1. Which agency is in charge of enforcing O'commiecare? The IRS.

Tell your crook friend at Dunkin' Donuts to pay his taxes, or try not to steal the payroll taxes.

RS:"then slap a lien on your house"

Me:"The Secretary [of Health and Human Services] shall not file notice of lien with respect to any property of a taxpayer by reason of any failure to pay the penalty imposed by this section … or levy on any such property with respect to such failure. "

Me : Blows smoke off revolver after shooting RS down once again. Easy when someone can't rememeber his own lies.

In addition, the IRS ALREADY uses liens to collect what is owed! They have also snatched money directly from people's bank accounts. They also ruin people's credit so they can't get any. The Student Loan administrators do that same sh*t.

I personally know an owner of a Dunkin Donuts in Flint who had this exact thing happen to him!

So, enough with the lies, OK? Your butt is not where your head should be, neither is Obama's.

I said not one single word about prison...yet. But you know and I know, that's next. All it takes is one more regulation. Talk about gullibility. Wow!

USA Today is domiciled 9 miles up Obama's a-s-s. So is the NYT. So is The Washington Post. So is ABC, NBS, CBS, and MS***. You not only know that...you relish in it count on it. Lie along with it.

Good grief, you don't deserve any freedom! Be a commie slave, and slave to enslave others! I will not.

There are well over 10,000 pages of regulations dumbass, and more coming all the time. Many, many portions of it are left to the discretion of HHS. Hence the evolving thousands of pages of regulations and rules.

Just like when the EPA was set up, it said nothing about what they have been instituting since. They come out with thousands of new rules and regulations every year too. In fact, one of their new things is outlawing wood-freakin' stoves!

Who at USA Today has read all of those HHS regs? Give me a name! The law itself is the shell of all it contains. You are so d-a-m-n stupid and gullible it defies the imagination.

Dumbass, dumbass, dumbass!!!

Posted 421 days ago.

cont'd So what exactly can the IRS do if people refuse to pay the tax penalty for non-compliance? Nasty letters, for starters, but ultimately the IRS says it would deduct the penalty amount from a person's future refunds, if the individual has any. We've pointed out before RS' gullibility and his willingness to believe anything posted on conservative sites.

RS lies!: USA Today: we have written before, the law specifically precludes jail as a penalty for those who do not pay the fine for failing to buy insurance. It is spelled out in a section called "Waiver of Criminal Penalties." (See page 131)

Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act: In the case of any failure by a taxpayer to timely pay any penalty imposed by this section, such taxpayer shall not be subject to any criminal prosecution or penalty with respect to such failure.

The law also spells out that the IRS can't use liens or levies as enforcement tools.

Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act: The Secretary [of Health and Human Services] shall not file notice of lien with respect to any property of a taxpayer by reason of any failure to pay the penalty imposed by this section … or levy on any such property with respect to such failure.

And once again RS makes a complete fool of himself. If you have an out where you do not have to purchase insurance, then you aren't forced to purchase insurance. You take the out if you don't want insurance, as many will.

People will be able to apply for exemptions to the tax penalty if 1.they have financial hardships, 2.religious objections, 3.if they’re an American Indian, 4.if they’re uninsured for less than three months, 5.if they’re an undocumented immigrant, 6.if they’re incarcerated.

RS' motto: Never let facts get in the way of an argument.

Sure it's forced. Look up the word "mandate". That's what mandate means.

The punishment for disobeying the mandate is an ever-increasing fine, then they yank your license, then slap a lien on your house, then physically confiscate it from your bank account.

Run your PP down your own leg, stupid liar.

Posted 421 days ago.

No one is forced, which is why the GOP asking for a one year delay is stupid.

Posted 421 days ago.

rshill7

No PP, he is part of the 100% who are being forced to sign up for O'commiecare.

Posted 421 days ago.

norman, the guy on the bicycle is part of the 47% the GOP wants to start paying taxes. Maybe they can tax him one bottle out of 10.
