Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

How does not giving one millimeter equate with "all getting together"?

Your President would've let anything and everything go to pot until he got his way 100%. He doesn't give a d*amn.

Democrats ALWAYS know they can count on the more conservative side of the aisle to be the responsible ones.

We are sprinting towards collapse, and your side likes it.

If he killed someone in cold blood, I'd also call him a murderer. If he stole something, a thief, if he destroyed something, a vandal, and if he ran as a conservative, which he did, I would add the word fraud to the charge of traitor.

He's a fraud, and a traitor. RINO no longer describes him. It no longer describes Peter King or Mitch McConnell either.

And you can't stop the Tea Party. It's an ever-strengthening tsunami. They are the ONLY thing the Republican Party consists of that the base can stomach.

We had a higher percentage of debt to GDP after the great depression heading into WWII. We got out of that with growth, leading to the most prosperous time in our history, one you look back fondly on with nostalgia. We should all get together and try to grow our economy instead of sabotaging it with crazy thoughts and ideas.

You can not like him, but he's not a traitor. He's just not insane like the rest of your heroes.

Just so I've got you right HH. we are 10 trillion further in debt than we were with Bush, we have 90 trillion in future liabilities...all that is great. It's also great to once again raise that debt some more...but you are upset about how much the shutdown cost?

Are you surprised that I think you're a fool? Really?

So that's kinda' like HIS permanent race-card?

List all the either type of cards which allow one to do anything with impunity.

Yeah, McCain is a traitor after spending umpteen years as a POW in the Hanoi Hilton.

Turn out the lights, The Tea Party's over...

You can't negotiate with traitorous, religious zealots ... they don't listen to logic. Case in point: yourself.

Oh, there's the bearded lady. Good morning HHHH. Why not shave that sh*t? It looks freakish with that ruffly blouse.

The Tea Party were the only ones who were not traitors, dummy/simpleton. Of course you don't know the difference. You probably think McCain is a Tea Party guy. No, he's a traitor. So are you.

And the "moron" advocating default, was Obama. Had he not gotten his way 100%, that's what he'd have done, right?

On your planet, that's fair.

I guess now I can go back to watching football instead of these idiots in congress.

So, basically what you're trying to say with so many falsehoods is this: The Conservatives got "nothing" (abeit in all caps, right?

In other words, Obama didn't negotiate one little bit. Democrats didn't negotiate one little bit.

Sounds fair to me...where's the darn ferris wheel and bearded lady?

Oh, but doesn't the Emperor's clothes still look great though. Why, it's almost as if they were the most transparent clothes ever.

Sanity prevails! Only morons would advocate this country defaulting on her debt!

HuronHippie

Well, SHRILL, I see we agree that the Tea Party is filled with TRAITORS. Glad to see you have finally come around.

HuronHippie

Oops...somebody blinked. Congratulations to the president for standing tall and not giving in to traitors! I wonder how much this debacle cost the nation in dollars and cents?

Perhaps she really needed that 174K though. The people like you and your neighbor though. "Let them eat cake!" AKA, hard tack.

6. The voting systems were down in every NJ conservative voting precint yesterday. Ooooh, what a coincidence. Fair elections have been a thing of the past for years.

7. If I had Feral Pig with or without Tourette's Syndrome, he'd call you a rabid liar too.

rshill7

How does making them pay for it, just like your neighbor has to, equate with denying it? It doesn't. If you made 180K per year, should you get a government subsidy paying for about 75% of your throat-shoved O'commiecare? Maybe they should get foodstamps too?

3. And shouldn't the guy that rammed the whole thing down our throats have to abide by the same rules as you and your neighbor? He shut down the government over it cuz it was so great, and so important, but is exempt from it himself? Harry Reid and the rest exempt from it's rules too? On what planet is any of that fair? These are the fairness issues The House was fighting for, which those in the Senate abandoned them on.

4. Mitch McConnell got a 2 billion earmark for Kentucky in the deal too. He voted with Reid by the way. How precious is that?

5. The recently deceased Frank Lautenberg's wife also got a 174K payout in the deal too. Lautenberg was worth approximately 113 million dollars at his death.

Your lying drivel deserves no response at all, even so, here ya' go:

1. Obama gave business a one year delay to O'commiecare all on his own. Just changed a law, willy nilly, on his own. Why wasn't he prohibited from doing that? By what authority can he do that? Is he now an Emperor? His new clothes look great by the way, don't they? Here's how he does things like this. Because the highest law enforcment officer in the land, E. Holder (Attorney General) won't prosecute him for anything. Heck, Holder himself is the subject of a lawsuit and was held in contempt of Congress. Why should individuals not be granted that same delay which big businesses and some Unions were granted?

2. What you call "deny" coverage (100% lie, same as always) was actually The House saying that Congress and the President should have to follow the same rules as you and your neighbor, not get a 75% subsidy for it.
