Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

You invented the pointy head? If so, seems appropriate. I suppose being the poster boy for something means you invented it.

By what matrix are those "rankings"? Wishful thinking? Someone's opinion?

I'd like to "subscribe to a service" which tells the US Government, with regards to more regulations, simply this: Enough already...and this: Get back into your Constitutionally defined box.

I only got under your skin enough for 4 back to back posts worth this time?

Try getting your "thoughts" together and put them all in a box or two. Then push the button :-)

Nice you linked the Carter clip to one of the Kookiest, craziest nuts in the history of US politics, John Bolton.

Of course I have examples. His latest? If we talk to North Korea, Iran will bomb Israel.

Guys like him used to be in insane asylums, but thanks to Fox News, they are free to roam and have a platform.

Looks like Carter's criticism is very tepid and mixed with praise. As far as presidential rankings that is easily researched:

Current rankings: Obama 14 Carter 27 G.W. Bush 34

PS, thanks for stealing my pointed head joke. You are so pitiful now you can't even write your own material.

I'll bet even though you got your rear smoked by not keeping up with the EPA regulations in your own industry that you still haven't subscribed to a service that would keep you updated.

As far as ISIS, the world agrees who is the granddaddy of all terrorism in the Middle East - George W. "Smirky-smirk" Bush.

And what the heck does being a veteran have to do with how stupid and lousy he is? Is being a veteran like having a you-can't disagree-with-me race card? Does it make one immune from criticism?

If it does, you ought to practice what you drool, fool.

Consider your own hypocrisy and inconsistency for once in your miserable life.

I despise Jimmy Carter in every way you can think of. The point is (in addition to the one atop your commie acorn hat) is that even Jimmy Carter, the second worst president in American history, thinks Obama is a feckless fool.

I have a thread on it which includes peanut head's own words on the subject at PolitiBrew.

Please wipe your paws and wring all the toilet water out of your face before entering. Thanks.

Two, two, two hits in one.

Love it, Republicans despise a veteran like Jimmy Carter unless something he says serves their purpose.

Jimmy Carter's blaming the rise of ISIS on Obama.

Lots of businesses do not "fail". The Government kills them, just as you attempt to kill common sense each day.

Despite that, it continues to live, just not at your house.

Aids was the disease. Republicans cheered because it was mostly gays affected.

Got it. A failed businessman is indeed a businessman, we get that part.

Republicans are now blaming Ebola on Obama. Limbaugh, West and Reibus to name 3. Here's some interesting stats about King Ronnie: "For those who don't remember that timeline—which obviously includes Rush--the first cases were discovered in 1981. By February 1984, the CDC stated there were more than 4,100 cases in the United States and nearly 2,000 people had already died.

President Reagan didn't publicly address the disease until May 1987. By then more than 20,000 Americans had died and the virus had spread to more than 100 countries. I would think in the lexicon of irresponsible and incompetent manners to address a public health crisis, Reagan comes out on top."

Folks should jitterbug on over to gofundme and check out all the "beggars".

They should also check out Wall Street and all the "beggars" there trying to sell stock, along with every publicly held corporation on the planet.

They should probably at that point check out Boeing, GE, and all of those other companies "begging" for Government contracts, including the one he says Youza too, and begs a check from each and every week.

You see, what he's had "pegged" all along, is how smart I am versus how stupid he is. That's why you'll always find him at my feet begging for ankle meat.

No little doggie. Eat your own poop and drink from the toilet.

After that, see if can locate a dictionary and have someone read you the pertinent portions you consistently misunderstand.

See about the BS part In July he was on gofundme begging for money, now he's a Carnegie, Rockefeller and Ford all rolled up into one. RS, we had you pegged from post one.

When I get a paycheck, the signature at the bottom of it is mine. So while you're trying to manage showing up and walk with five canes and two walkers, I'll be continuously on the job, both walking, running, chewing gum, handling 100% of the paperwork, 100% of the taxes, and 100% of the income too, with the help of my lovely, devoted, bride.

Huge differences between you and I. Make a note of that and don't forget it. Also realize that you have never done any of that, nor could.

Also remember, if there are less than 300K jobs or so per month, our nation is going backwards, much like your "thought" processes.

I haven't had a credit card in 13 years Jaxie. Haven't borrowed a single dime since then either. There are no loans against any of my properties. Own them all outright.

You need to stop assuming that what you would do is what I do. For the umpteenth time. I am nothing like you.

I put some property up for sale because that's where some of my money is. I also never paid a single dime in interest when buying any of those properties.

Weird huh?

I also didn't have a youza boss who paid 50% of my SS FICA taxes either. You did. Self-employed people pay 100% all by themselves, and no one withholds income tax payments from them either.

We don't get refunds every year, we make payments every year. See the difference little feller?

Another big difference between you and I is that I must actually produce income from thin air. All you have to do is show up and try not to get fired. If your job is like a union/government job, getting fired is pretty much impossible.

The funny thing about RS, and I don't mean funny humorous, I mean funny sad, is he tries to BS us and we catch him at every turn. The only person he successfully BS's is himself.

"How did I survive?". If you do things like taking $11,000 that was supposed to be sent to the IRS and keep it for yourself, you can keep the ball rolling. It's Reaganonmics. Just keep churning the credit cards until eventually you have no more to churn, and create the illusion of prosperity.

"The nation added 248,000 jobs in September across almost all sectors of the economy, according to the Labor Department, which also revised what had originally been a discouraging August report, now estimating that 180,000 jobs were added that month. The latest gains put 2014 on pace to be the best year for job growth since the late 1990s, when Bill Clinton was in office."

Posted 53 days ago.

"Under President Obama's leadership, the economy has added private sector jobs for 55 straight months. During this span, 10 million private sector jobs have been created."

Of course that's all coming to an end if the GOP gets the Senate, but it was great while it lasted.
