Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

I thought it were a crazy psychological thing. Turns out it is.

Here ya' go little dummy, a jaxinthebox, just for you. You can do sodomy with it if you want to.

Hmmm, Maybe I should have given you Hooked On Phonics so you could learn how to spell.

Nevertheless, you are probably incapable of learning, ever since you burnt your brain card.

"Freem" has said at least a dozen times that he will not respond to you any more.

I'll be happy to though. I like responding to imbeciles. It's a hobby.

He knows when you are sleeping, he knows when you're awake, he knows when you are bad or good so be good for goodness sake,

Oh Here comes jesus Claus, here comes jesus Claus...Merry Xmas.

freem...Sheesh. The opposite of an evolutionarily stable strategy (ESS) is extinction which any thinking person would know is more restrictive and anti-human although there are some people who seem very confused about "dead" and we call them muslims and christians.

P.S. Billy Graham preached to more people than any other person in human history, and George Beverly Shea sang to more live audience than any other person in human history.

I dedicate this little ditty to the fine folks at Oscar Meyer:

My Baloney has a last name it's O-b-a-m-a

My Baloney has a first name too, which I don't need to say

Oh it loves to cheat me every day

And if you ask me why I'd saaaay

Cuz Obie has a special way with A-m-n-e-s-i-a

There should be quotes around every paragraph. The entire previous post is a quote.

His group targets rural areas where they might be picked up discreetly, he said.

North Koreans are forced to embrace Juche ideology, which mixes Marxism with worship of the late "Great Leader" Kim Il Sung and his family."

"The balloons, made from a large sheet of "farm plastic," said Foley, are filled with hydrogen before the Bibles and "tracts" – testimonials written by other North Korean Christians – are attached at the bottom inside a sack or box. Timers are then used to release the materials in stages, dispersing them at high altitudes across North Korea. Foley and members of his Christian mission group, Seoul USA, use GPS technology to help direct where the Bibles land. Around 50,000 of them have dropped from the skies in the last year." (Fox News)

"On a rainy afternoon last Spring, American pastor Eric Foley and his wife stood in a muddy field near the North Korea border and prayed – their hands clasped to a 40-foot homemade balloon that would carry Bibles to the communist dictatorship's underground Christians."

"They are the most persecuted believers on earth," Foley said of North Korea’s estimated 100,000 Christians – 30,000 of whom are believed to be locked inside concentration camps, where they are overworked, starved, tortured, and killed. Other activist groups, like Open Doors USA, estimate that number to be even higher, reporting that the secretive nation has about 400,000 Christians.

In North Korea, the practice of Christianity is illegal. Owning a Bible is a crime, and any person caught with one is sent – along with three generations of his or her family – to prison. Foley said despite the risks, demand for Bibles is strong within North Korea.

Never "tweeted" or worked at Home Depot in my life. Crawl back into the wall, the lights are on.

It's too bad you haven't lived a second of your life like Billy Graham preaches you should.

Hey SHRILL...I didn't know you worked for Home Depot. That was a pretty offensive tweet, even for you. Please try in the future to confine your racism to this forum, please. When did you find time to tweet, anyway? You've been slobbering over Billy Graham for a week now. The old coot is sick enough as it is. He doesn't need your germs. Ish, as my mother used to say.

Free compares the Tea Baggers not getting tax exempt status to Watergate. Got it. Hyperbole much?

Well, maybe you'll get Lois Lerner in this major, major, major scandal, so you can go back to sleep,

Is there a more eloquent speaker? A more recognizable voice? A more distinctive accent? Not to me there isn't. I truly love this man, and enjoy the company of hundreds of millions of others who feel the same. It 's like Christ himself tossed Billy on the waters of the world, and the resulting ripples will never stop spreading.

Thank you Mr. Graham. You are the most inspiring person I've ever "known". To me, the greatest person of my lifetime. Happy Birthday, and may God bless you, your family, our nation, and this world...for you have certainly blessed all of us.

Immediately thousands would leave their seats and start streaming down the aisles, many with tears streaming down their faces. The same song would be sung each and every time. You remember the one: "Just As I Am". Many can still quote every word comprising that beautiful lyric, me included. It still moistens my eyes every time I hear it. It strikes an emotional chord in my soul that I just can't pat down. Wouldn't want to if I could.

Wherever we lived across these United States (Dad was in the USAF), if Mom heard that a Billy Graham crusade was on that night, she'd immediately call her sister in North Carolina and tell her. Many times, her sister would call her and Mom would rush into the living room and tell us to switch the channel...Billy Graham is on right now (!) she'd urgently say. Our entire family would listen to the testimonies, Cliff Barrows, Ethel Waters, George Beverly Shea, and others. "Bev" Shea just passed last Spring at the age of 104.

Many of my earliest childhood memories include Billy Graham's face, the sound of his voice, and the panoramic views of tens of thousands of people in stadiums all over the world. There has never been a time in my life where I knew he was going to be speaking and didn't tune in. Not a single time.

The message was always the same. It was and is,THE message, for yesterday, today, and forever. That Jesus loves you. He died for you. He took my sins, and your sins, upon Himself. Many of the pictures were always the same too. At the end of every crusade, Billy would ask people to "Get up out of your seats...if you've traveled here by bus, they'll wait. I want you to start coming now. If you're way up in the back balcony, it'll take you about____ minutes to get here......"

Yes Jax, these troglodytes deny Science, they deny 'Chritian' atrocities in the name of 'civilization, they deny Women's Rights, they deny food to Children, education of children, and the existence of poor folks. They deny the Death of the Tea Party. ALL issues that any human should agree on. Pathetic.

The models used in the climate debate are flawed. They predicted conditions that never came to be, in fact they are exactly opposite.

There can be no doubt that humans are modifying the atmosphere but there is very little evidence that it has gotten to a point where the worlds' climate is measurably affected beyond what would naturally occur in the planet's cyclic pattern(s). That is the truth.

I, personally, do not believe that human kind can continue to pump carbon into the atmosphere and not suffer some consequence. My question is what will that consequence be. Are we averting a new ice age by slightly warming the planet? Are we causing a new ice age by slightly warming the planet?

There will be a consequence at some point in the future if we do not transition to non-carbon producing fuels. How far in the future? 10 years? 100 years? 1000 years?

THE SCIENCE IS NOT CLEAR, WE DON'T KNOW!!
