Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

"And where in the Constitution does it give the A.G. or the President the power to ignore ANY laws, violating their "oaths", or in this case, oafs"

Like when Bush/Gonzales turned America into a nation of torturers, is what I assume you are referring to.

Speaking of hollow shells, which the first 2,700 pages of O'commiecare is. Did the EPA start out with a war on coal? Did the Dept Of Education start out by indoctrinating students in leftist philosophy and Marxism? Did the IRS start out by targeting anti-Marxists? Did DHS start out by buying millions of rounds of ammo to use against against American Citizens in America? O'commiecare will morph in like fashion. The hope of your side, is it will morph into single payer...the Government.

Furthermore, where in the 2,700 pages of O'commiecare does it it give O'bastard the authority to change it willy nilly as it suits him? Where does it, as written, allow him to delay several parts of it for his own personally perceived political benefit?

And where in the Constitution does it give the A.G. or the President the power to ignore ANY laws, violating their "oaths", or in this case, oafs.

Shoot yourself down with those. I'm going to need someone worthy of debate. You are not him.

No, it looks like they fell on your hollow head.

And as far as your family laughing like gibbering idiots, looks like the apples haven't fallen far from the tree.

Is this vague?

"The law also spells out that the IRS can't use liens or levies as enforcement tools.

Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act: The Secretary [of Health and Human Services] shall not file notice of lien with respect to any property of a taxpayer by reason of any failure to pay the penalty imposed by this section … or levy on any such property with respect to such failure. "

Explanation of what? You are the only one talking about the IRS in a non-Obamacare context. You change the subject, make a bunch of non-points, then act like you've proven something. You said a person could lose their home over Obamacare and were shown to be 100% wrong. I'll say you win to appease your paranoid personality.

Sill waiting for your unlearned explanation. Was that it? I see the unlearned part, but no explanation.

Deflection. The RS Way, after being routinely shot down, to try to save face. We all see through it, but let him carry on, in a polite way to save his humiliation at losing every discussion.

We had a topic, which was, Obamacare and the penalties for not complying. You were the one who brought up your law breaking friends which, while interesting, had nothing to do with Obamacare. Although we can assume these friends will not comply with this law either.

Neither does the story of my friends, dummy. You should study the concept of reading with comprehension, however taxing that concept might be to a head empty of all, save "American" Marxist propaganda and the furtherance thereof.

Please tell us what it does have to do with, since the story is plain that the Fed stole this money for no stated reason whatsoever.

Go ahead, I'm waiting for your unlearned explanation, demonstrating a brightly illuminated, lack of understanding. Thou simple Oaf.

Posted 200 days ago.

Now I understand. Your paranoia.

Posted 200 days ago.

Thanks for the post. It has nothing to do with the penalties for not paying the Obamacare tax, but why stay on topic?

The "chaplains" in question, were volunteers. Do you know what volunteer means? Freedom is freedom. Maybe you've heard of that too.

Freedom is neither free nor dumb. It also allows people to be non-free if they choose, as well as dumb.

We have a few examples of those who are both dumb, and covet subjugation.

"The house voted to restore chaplins." (CNN) I guess combining church and state is more important than feeding children. No clergy should ever be paid for by the state. If house members want to play make believe let them reach into their own pocket to pay for the opiate of the masses.

Federal civil forfeiture law features an appalling lack of due process: It empowers the government to seize private property from Americans without ever charging, let alone convicting, them of a crime. Perversely, the government then pockets the proceeds while providing no prompt way to get a court to review the seizure. On September 25, 2013, Terry and Sandy teamed up with the Institute for Justice to fight back in federal court. A victory will vindicate not just their right to be free from abusive forfeiture tactics, but the right of every American not to have their property wrongfully seized by government."

Here ya go Jaxocommieuselessidiotliar:

"United States v. $35,651.11 (The cash in the account of Schott's Supermarket) Feds Seize Family Grocery Store’s Entire Bank Account Terry Dehko Forfeiture IJ client Terry Dehko and his family have owned and operated the Schott's Market in Fraser, Michigan, for 35 years. The Dehkos had $35,000 taken from them by federal law enforcement officials through a process known as “civil forfeiture."

Can the government use civil forfeiture to take your money when you have done nothing wrong—and then pocket the proceeds? The IRS thinks so. For over 30 years, Terry Dehko has successfully run a grocery store in Fraser, Mich., with his daughter Sandy. In January 2013, without warning, the federal government used civil forfeiture to seize all of the money from the Dehkos’ store bank account (more than $35,000) even though they’ve done absolutely nothing wrong. Their American Dream is now a nightmare.

NOTHING you post is remotely humorous or funny, although many opinions you express ARE laughable. And, I told you long ago that my ailment is in remission. (.)(.)
