Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

Of course the President's admission that the concept was bogus makes no difference to jaxspp.

Just tell him what he want's to hear and he's all goooodddd.

Shovel ready means ready to go, just waiting for funding. If you have a progressive definition, please enlighten us jaxspp.

"...The IRS scandal was caused by a self described "conservative republican" who made errors as he tried to do his job..."

That's how it started amos57usa, nobody argues that point. The problem is that his superiors then took the ball and ran with it. Again, wet brain or just uninformed. I'll let the public make that call.

The American people are starting to see through the garbage this administration is shoveling. (There's a shovel ready project for you jaxspp).

5 Amendments allowed by the Majority and the republicans are the obstructionists.

The hypocrisy is MIND BLOWING!!!!

If he called it an act of terror, (I'd read the transcript, he was speaking in a generalized manner), then why did they force the "video" narrative for a month?

Which was the truth and which was the lie?

c'mon almost52USSR, if you can't see the pattern then you're more "wet brained" than I originally thought.

YAAAWWWWNNNN!!! jaxspp likes having a guy in office that tells him what he wants to hear instead of the truth.

Fun fact ~ Since June of 2013 the Senate has voted on 5 republican amendments to legislation on the floor. 5 AMENDMENTS IN 7 MONTHS!!!

freem..The IRS scandal was caused by a self described "conservative republican" who made errors as he tried to do his job. Ya, so what.

So now that Christie looks like a bully fool who do you have up to bat next, Rick "oops" Perry if he is off the drugs?

freem..You sound like Bill Speer repeating "Whitewater" in daily editorials. Barry called Benghazi an act of terror the next day in the rose garden. Did you forget "Please proceed governer" in the debates where he made Romney look like an idiot? Just what is the scandal anyway. That Americans died while living in the middle of a muslim holy war where congress wouldn't fund protection? Surprise, surprise.

When I have time I'll teach you what Shovel-ready meant. You could look it up yourself, but I doubt you will, so I'll post it later.

Talk about abuse of power. If Christie has any involvement in the bridge deal, he's done but, apparently, the President can lie time and time again and nothing happens.

The hypocrisy is MIND BLOWING!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way, "nothing" is defined as NOT ONE ENTITY WITH TEA PARTY IN THEIR NAME WAS AWARDED TAX EXEMPT STATUS IN 2011. What are the odds of that happening legitimately?

"...as the FBI found NOTHING..." Hey, genius, the FBI has refused to turn over the documents to the committee. So you're taking the word of AG Holder that his good buddy's agency "found nothing".

You're not too smart are you nor"man"Fake"?

Benghazi update:

According to declassified testimony the administration knew within 15 minutes that the attack was a terror attack and the president, the chairman of the joint chiefs and Defense Secretary Panetta were briefed within the hour.

Whaaaattttt???? This administration LIED????

This administration couldn't tell the truth if they tried.

What is President Obama's legacy? Lies, deceit, and political "hackery".

Obamacare - lied. Shovel ready - lied. Benghazi - lied. Fast & Furious - lied. No taxes on sub $250K - lied. IRS Scandal - To be determined, but look at the track record.

Poor (multi-millionaire) Darrell Issa, the richest person in Congress, his 'scandal' mongering on the IRS picking on Conservative groups has officially fallen apart, as the FBI found NOTHING.

The Christie debacle is distracting a lot of American citizens from a real threat, that of the proposed and potentially lethal (for American workers) Trans Pacific 'Partnership'. Inform yourselves, and contact your Representatives, or call the White House @ 12024561414

"Newton, interestingly, is universally regarded as one of the most important scientists in history, and his 1687 book, “Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy,” is considered perhaps the most influential science book of all time, laying out the basis for classical mechanics."

"But Newton also wrote another book many people have never heard about: “Observations Upon the Prophecies of Daniel and the Apocalypse of St. John.” In fact, a devout Christian, Newton spent a significant amount of his time researching and studying the Bible." (Common knowledge)

“For the scientist who has lived by his faith in the power of reason, the story ends like a bad dream. He has scaled the mountain of ignorance; he is about to conquer the highest peak; as he pulls himself over the final rock, he is greeted by a band of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries.” (world-renowned astrophysicist Robert Jastrow, founding director of NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space S

The simple reason the gods lost to evolution in 1925 remains the same no matter how many times humans change the names of the god Thingies. Rep Paul Broun claims earth is 9,000 years old as we observe nebula billions of years old. We rational people can enjoy fantasies too but are at least wise enough not to expect others to have the same fantasies.

Trees and plants require CO2. Those trees and plants, in turn provide us with oxygen and food. Two things which we, and most animals on Earth require.
