Letters To Ed :-)

"We've been duped by the Republicans. Kentucky Sen. and minority leader Mitch McConnell in a news conference one day after the election, stated that the single and sole goal of the GOP over the next two years is: to make Barack Obama a single term president. What an arrogant and obnoxious goal and statement. There agenda before the election was to get votes by promising that there first goals were jobs, the economy and health care reform. It seems their goal is to grab power, not to do things for the people that are in need of jobs and or unemployment pay, health care for those that don't have it, and the people losing their homes. This is the same party that wanted the auto plants and their suppliers to go out of business. We are just coming back from what they did to this country, and now we have them back to do the same things to our country again. What a mess the next two years is going to bring to this country. Talk about partisanship." Carl D. Leow Rogers Cit

You sure like doing exactly what you claim not to like in others. You might know what that's called. If not let me know and I'll tell you. Ok hypocretin?

Show me the words fair or shake anywhere in anything I wrote about the Indians. I am merely exposing Normakingstuffup's stupid lie, and of course you feel the need to lie about even that. What is it with you freaks and your constant lying?

One terrible thing that happened to Indians was being taken care of by the government for generation after generation.

That completely zaps the spirit of anyone on the receiving end of it. People are goal and accomplishment driven. They also have a soul (except for you) and in commieville they become bags of flesh, rather than vibrant men and women.

Commieville is where you would have everyone. The subhuman of course, is thou. You're also incapable of learning from the past or thinking anything through into the future. In other words, a complete fool, just like Normichigoon.

I think we can all agree at this point RS is a subhuman as far as the human race is concerned.

Obvious, as per usual, RS believes the Indians got a fair shake.

"Determining how many people died in these massacres overall is difficult. In the book The Wild Frontier: Atrocities during the American-Indian War from Jamestown Colony to Wounded Knee, lawyer and amateur historian William M. Osborn tallied every recorded incident he considered an atrocity in the area that would eventually become the continental United States, from first contact (1511) to the closing of the frontier (1890), and determined that 7,193 people died from atrocities perpetrated by whites, and 9,156 people died from atrocities perpetrated by Native Americans. Osborn has been criticized by Anthony Day of the Los Angeles Times as being biased towards whites and against Native Americans."

en.wikipedia(dot)org/wiki/Indian_massacre

This link chronicles every recorded massacre on both sides.

Ten million? No. Five million? No. One million? No. Half a million? No. One hundred thousand? No.

Smallpox was introduced into the Americas by the Spanish, i.e., Catholics.

I get the 100 million dead Indians from Indian sources. YOU, swinehill, get yours from 'god' knows where. Say 10 million, to make you happy, that is STILL more than the Nazi Germany genocide of Jewish persons. I believe that 100 million Americans were killed by European persons, mostly Protestants, is not an unrealistic number. Lie? NO.

As far as Reagan goes, that was one of the worst recessions I can remember. When I bought my first home in 1982, my interest rates were 16%. Took me twenty years to make money on it. Lost my job and took me forever to find a new one. Ah, the good old days. Oliver North and arms for hostages. Reagan had serious dementia for at least half his presidency. Now, the nineties were a GREAT economic period.

Agree with jaxie and surefoot. SHRILL is bitter because he can't make ends meet and blames everyone else for his failures. Personally, last year was great for me. My business was up 20%. My 401K is above 2008 levels at last. I can afford my health insurance! I am VERY hopeful about this town and the community. Good things are happening, SHRILL. Open your eyes and check them out.

Building useless weapons systems does create jobs, Reagan definitely proved that.

Posted 244 days ago.

16 million jobs were created during the Reagan years, less per year than the 10.5 million jobs created during the 4 Carter years.

Middle class income increased by 11% during Reagan, after adjustments for inflation. More people moved from low income to middle income too...and more people moved from middle income to upper income. Every group increased and improved during Reagan.

The only thing Obama has increased is the debt and the misery index. There are still less people working today than when he took office.

Reagan's tenure saw the addition of 20 million new jobs.

Here's a huge lie you've repeated a few times: "100 million Indians (or whatever it is you call them) were slaughtered by Christians."

In order for that to be true, every single one of them in existence in both North and South America would have had to have been "slaughtered", then 70-90 million more would've had to have been created from thin air, and all those "slaughtered" too.

I usually point out your lies as they come in, and have many, many, times. Your denials do not make your lies true, they only add another lie to the collection, as you've once again added lies here today.

In addition, strict contsructionism of our Constitution is not "extreme", ignoring it is extreme, and extremely shortsighted. Spending our nation into oblivion is extreme also. Fiscal responsibility is not. Therefor it is you and your democrats who are extreme, not conservatives.

And saying you "care" about people without lifting a finger or paying a dim

'free'man, bang your drum...slowly. My opinion on Karol Wojtyla, the POPE during the reign of Saint Reagan is justified. Reagan began the policies that brought about the present day economic disaster with his absurd 'trickle down' theories that favored the wealthy, and YOU KNOW IT. Ironically, the present day Pope is calling out those policies today, 30 or so years after Saint Ronnie started the horrendous slide toward economic disparity we see today.

Actually, Shrill, you cannot expose ONE LIE I have supposedly told here. NOT ONE. All you have is your big mouth, with NOTHING to back it up. If I say something that does not suit your pinched down version of life, then tell me how I am incorrect. Innuendo will not suffice.

It is my duty to inform you, shrilliac, that your sad mistaken view on political reality is colored with a poison pen. You rely on 'conservative' ideology rather than TRUTH. While you decry 'commies' and promote extreme wacky ideology, there is little in your posts to suggest rational thought. Deify Reagan, with no reasonable expression of individual thought, but I will not fall for it, as I have no axe to grind, only a sincere love of TRUTH, which escapes your narrow evangelistic view of America, and Americans. I refuse to dumb down my opinion to suit your sophomoronic fundamentalist take on society. False proselytizing will not work here.

freeloader..Methinks thou doth protest too much. You must be feeling guilty for being a freeloader and that guilt is justified. Religions are businesses that advertise for customers on TV. I still agree with the pope and (rumor has it) jesus that trickle down econ is tyranny. The pope called Ron Rayguns a tyrant and you went off the deep end. Which sub brand of christianity do you purchase anyway and why are you against jesus and the pope?

No Normanic, I see this administration, and the entire democrat party as socialist/communists, and most of it's constituents as just too d*amn dumb to recognize it. Some of them too d*amn dumb to object to it, even if they did recognize it.

And then there's you, too d*amn dumb to recognize what a consistent fool you are. You haven't posted any "unvarnished truth" ever in this paper. It's lie after lie after lie after lie after lie. Either that or irrelevant foot stomping....which is also a lie.
