COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — A cashier at a western Michigan Walmart was poked with a knife during a robbery by a man wearing construction-type gear.
The Kalamazoo County sheriff's office says a man threatened the Comstock Township store's employee with a pocket-style knife about 12:30 a.m. Saturday and demanded money
The cashier was poked with the knife when the man thought she was not moving quickly enough. The Kalamazoo Gazette reports that the man took a small amount of cash.
He was wearing work boots, a yellow and orange reflective vest and a yellow hardhat. No arrests have been made.
The cashier was not seriously hurt.
