Working to stop abuse

Team members of the Alpena/Presque Isle Child Abuse and Neglect Team planted a pinwheel garden on Friday in front of the County Annex Building to raise awareness on the growing number of child abuse cases within the area. Sally Cain, Stacy Levitt-Ruby, and Ken Rhoads planted 160 pinwheels for the 160 confirmed cases of child abuse in Alpena.
