Alpena has seen sign carriers "Parent of 3 children no food, losing our home, lost my job" etc. etc. I was so upset when I saw the first sign, I wanted so bad to help these people. I didn't have extra money to do so. Went down state over the weekend - saw the same signs, word for word, different people.
You make your choice but I think these people should be stopped.
