BANTA, Patricia Anne, 82, died Friday, Dec. 21, 2012.
She is survived by her daughters, Carol A. Banta-Siefker, Lisa M. Coggins and Denise A. Bosma; sister Mary Alice Anderson; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is pending with Hendryx Mortuary handling the arrangements
